Just left my sandwich on the counter because of the disgusting spinach this lady was about to put on the sandwich. Barely any meat on the sandwich. I will never even attempt to buy a sub from here again

Bought 2 bacon cheeseburger s. The meat was literally grey. Opened them in the parking lot and immediately returned them. Cashier gave a refund without an issue. The cash that was refunded included a 10 dollar bill that was obviously rolled up as a straw.

Well I haven't had subway in long time since the prices went through the roof....however I figured I'd give it go...yikes what a let down to say the least. This review isn't about the staff for the particular restaurant it's the whole chain. The quality is gone way way down. Bread is tasteless as are the toppings and the meat portions have shrunk. I couldn't even finish my meal. So bye bye Subway. I'll go to local sandwich shops where they still honor quality at a good price.

Standard fare for a Subway.
Staff aren't the best as specific requests, ie. how much/how little of a topping you want, and their sandwiches tend to be poorly put together, in that the toppings tend to spill out of the open end of the sandwich, causing a huge mess - especially when it comes to sauces.
Another big complaint is that their point of sale machines will ask for tips. The owner/management should pay their employees better and not put the burden on the customer to subsidize their pay.
Avoid coming around lunch hours unless you're free on time, as it's much busier than a typical Subway due to it being in the middle of an industrial/commercial zone and is a popular go to for people in the area. There can often be over a dozen customers in line at times like these, and the employees can only do so much to keep up with the demand.
