I want to start this review off by saying I have only had great experiences at this location until yesterday, the guy that works there, he's fantastic but unfortunately Thursday March 6th,2025 at 8 am, I went to this location with my boyfriend and the 2 ladies behind the counter were rude and unprofessional and very unfriendly. One of the ladies were training the other showing her the wrong methods, slowly making/toasting one sandwich at a time, (seriously make all sandwiches in the order then toast) its a downtown location which means it's going to be busy especially at lunchtime! anyways we ordered both sandwiches the lady that was training started to make my boyfriend sandwich (very slowly) then proceeded to toast it and I asked about my sandwich and making both then toasting them at the same time and the lady responded, with im training her. Since it was taking so long I told the lady I don't want my sandwich since it was taking so long and I was on my way to work and her response was "Okay Thank you!" instead of trying to make it right. My boyfriend also found a little piece of plastic in his sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. I am very disappointed in this experience an unsure if I should return to this location.

I ordered a Footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on February 23rd at 8:00 PM (Order ID: 3A701C80-57) with specific toppings and sauces over the subway app to pickup, but what I received was completely wrong.
I asked for Classic Italian Herbs & Cheese bread (toasted), Shredded Monterey Cheddar, and a variety of veggies like lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, red onions, crispy onions, pickles, black olives, and banana peppers, topped with Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sauce, Tandoori-Spiced Sauce, Garlic Aioli, along with some pepper and salt.
Instead, I got plain bread with just lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion with chicken Teriyaki — and I couldn’t even tell which sauces were used, if any. When i Opened it.
Honestly, this was super disappointing. Definitely not what I expected.

Went to get a meal at 7am today, person was in the store but would not open at 7am. Had to leave without getting anything because according to that worker they were not open yet. Change the opening time or open when you say you will.

The food was not fresh. I was charged for extra cheese when i didn't order extra cheese. When i told them this i was told...well to late now, it has extra cheese. get home to find, it has no cheese at all. the lobby was also filled with passed-out drunks. worse subway i've ever been in.

The worst subway I have ever been to. The steak was white and taste like dog food. I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. They wouldn't exchange it for another one. I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend anybody else to either. No wonder the reviews are bad! Terrible place to eat. Don't go there!!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with coffee through the app. When I got there, their coffee machine was out of order.
However, the 2 customer service ladies both went well out of their way to make me the coffee that I ordered.
The breakfast sandwich and coffee were both exceptional. Thank you ladies for the phenomenal service.

I ordered a 6 inch sub but the subway lady cut one side much smaller than the other side and gave me the smaller piece so she could give the larger one to her friend.
WORST SUBWAY EVER TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST I ordered a tuna salad with extra lettuce, spinach, and fresh mozzarella cheese, but I received less spinach, less lettuce, and only two small pieces of mozzarella. I used to order the same salad from another location, and it always had more vegetables. This is really unprofessional.
When I called to let them know what happened, the person on the phone first claimed she wasn’t at the location (even though she clearly was) and asked me to hold for 10 minutes. All I could hear was her using the payment machine at the shop.
It’s funny that's how she avoids customers' complaints

I used to frequent this subway quite a bit, which has dwindled in recent months. A school opened up near by, which wouldn't be a bad thing, except every time I'm in the "students" are such rude, entitled, brats. It's an uncomfortable spectacle to witness. The ladies that work at lunch time are fantastic! Especially Maggie. She's always so nice, and she has the patience of a Saint. She is why I keep coming back.

I had a terrible experience with a staff member, possibly of Indian origin, who was working on August 10th around 1 pm. The customer service was very poor, and she did not respond politely when I greeted her. I found her attitude to be unprofessional and the worst ever.
