Admittedly, I’ve only been here two times in the last while, but both times I’ve been assisted by an absolutely phenomenal young lady who’s name I forget (was in February 10th around 5:40 pm if that helps). She’s friendly, quick to create my sandwiches, and they always look picture perfect and taste delicious! Living so close, this is definitely my store of choice. Why go anywhere else when the service is so great! Keep the good work up. I’ll be back for sure!

I came here to order a turkey sub on December 29 they didn’t have any Dr Pepper when I ordered a fountain drink all they had was Pepsi the cashier gave my bf attitude I wanted cookies they didn’t have any cookies made so had to get chips instead . I was going to pay for my sub with cash but they wouldn’t let me pay for my meal with cash saying they didn’t have cash my meal was 17 dollars I gave them a 20 how do they not have 3 dollars change in their till. This restaurant needs to be more ready to go when they open at 9 am they had nothing ready to go the lady working there was completely disorganized and had a bad attitude

Every time I've gone to this subway, My order is messed up (usually ordered online so my order is printed out infront of them). Today I tried again because it's cold and I didn't want to go to Kensington, so figured I'd give them a shot again, it had been like a year because of the same experiences. Bread is so dry it's crumbling (wasn't toasted by the way), asked for extra sauce and tomatoes, barely could find it. The workers here almost never care. Reported to corporate this time and will never return to this location for anything
