The guy service is not friendly. He is a liar. I told him to put cucumber for me. He said he put it in already while i on the phone. But when i got back home i see my sub has not have cucumber. Then i realize that i order 1 foot long chicken teriyaki but he doesnt put chicken at the end of the sub. I eat subway every week! this first time i come to this branch I really disappointed

It’s crazy you go spend money at these establishments. You speak English and they still mess up your orders. Unbelievable. You’re better off to just make your own food at home. Do not go to this location. They don’t even know how to speak proper English and they messed up every single order. I asked for a chicken teriyaki sandwich. They give me a veggie delight. I asked them to put all these sauces on. They put all the wrong ones. I guess English is very hard to come by these days. Save yourself a headache just make yourself a sandwich at home. At least you know what you’re talking about and you don’t have to deal with incompetency you go spend over $40 and they mess up your whole order. Great customer service and we live in Canada speaking proper English. I am just baffled how you can mess up every single order and you wanna tip after? Will never eat at Subway again and will be sure to have lots of one star reviews left for this place. Have a wonderful day and don’t eat at Subway.

I went this subway with my Friends for the time and the service was very bad thr lady at front was quite rude also the food is okay but what about hygiene there floor is sticky also when i goes to restroom literally I felt like vomiting after that as the washroom was so smelly and at it's worst condition. The suggestion is that staff have to take care of these things.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff, especially the lady who served me, was rude and had terrible customer service. She seemed annoyed from the start, didn’t greet me, and acted like I was a problem for just placing a normal order.
On top of that, the store had signs advertising certain deals, but when I tried to order based on those, she told me they “don’t do that here.” That’s false advertising, and it’s not okay to mislead customers.
I’ve always liked Subway, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I hope they fix their attitude and start honoring what they advertise.
