Tipping on counter service PROS - Fast, friendly and efficient service - Very clean and well kept - Good food CONS: - Requesting a 15%+ tip on the credit card terminal is annoying. When I get counter service in any business or grocery store, usually they do not ask for tips. Why food establishments feel the need to pressure customers for tips is uncalled for. If I get table service, the server deserves a tip. People behind the counter are not on equal footing of a server. You really need to stop guilting customers into tipping. OVERAL IMPRESSION I will keep patronizing this Subway because it is a convenient location and the food is fresh. Just don’t expect any tips.

The experience I had at this restaurant was very poor due to the lack of care put into the sandwich I purchased. I found that they put the least amount of vegetables on my sandwich as possible. I no longer see the value for the money I spend here. I would not recommend going here anymore.

I asked the staff to toast my sub and she did, but it was sitting on the table for a while until they fill my veggies. I understand they were busy with catering order, but my sub got cold and not tasty at all. None of their staffs are friendly neither.
