Don’t walk in expecting to use the washroom. I wanted to wash my hands before I ate, I ask for the bathroom key. Not only were the bathrooms not allowed for customers to use, but when I asked there was no apology added to the rejection. Just a “No.” repeated over and over. My parents and I walked straight out. Isn’t it normal to walk into somewhere that claims they have washrooms and expecting to be able to use them? We left and went to another subway, MUCH better service there.
