Went in today august 11, 2025 around 4:10pm. And a young brown gentleman with glasses and no name tag was standing at the front counter sitting on his cell phone. Walked up and was ready to order and he stayed on his cell phone not paying me any attention.
A older Asian lady with the name tag ms dolly came to the front asking the gentleman to help or do what ever in the back away from the counter. She asked him multiple times and He did nothing but argue and give her his entitled attitude!!

This was shocking and disgusting to me as a customer that he would be so arrogant to argue with a coworker infront of a customer.

I hope the manager of this location sees this post and reviews the camera footage and fires this kid. This is not the type of people you want working for you, or being the face of your customer service based work. Ms Dolly does not work at a daycare nor does she deserve to be treated the way I watched this kid treat her!

Had to give a quick shout out to this location because of the staff. The one team member who works there is particularly bubbly and works fast and with a smile. Good job Subway!

WOW. I had a 5 star review and everyone here was great but today got yelled at by a staff member... Talking loudly on the phone just storming around it was weird. I wanted my sub warmed to melt the cheese and not toasted (NORMAL thing to do). She put all the ham and and cheese on paper and toasted in and was trying to peel it off the sheet and it was all burnt and shitty so I asked for a new one... She's like YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO MICROWAVE IT.. bro, I'm not here to tell you how to do your job 😂😂

Nice and clean restaurant. Khalid provided efficient and friendly service! Would definitely recommend to come here!

Rajwinder always greets customers with a smile and provides excellent service every time I visit Subway. She makes my sandwich just the way I like it — fresh, fast, and perfectly made. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make the experience so much better. Highly recommend!
