All 1 star. This location is the least professional subway I have experienced in all of Canada. Everywhere online says they close at 10pm. Whoever the lady is who is working, began closing half a hour early, denying us service. If u close at 9:20, please update your online status to 9:20, my family’s time has been wasted as this location lied to us.

This Subway is consistently the worst Subway I've ever been to in my entire life. They're constantly making mistakes on orders and trying to charge you extra for stuff. Like if you ask for extra cheese they'll put it on and then try to charge you double extra cheese. Even though you saw them put the cheese on. I almost never go to the subway because I always have a bad experience. And today was the exact same. I got 2 ft long subs for myself for tonight and for work tomorrow. I asked him to be cut into four as I do at every Subway I go to, and I've never had an issue doing it or been charged any extra. I've been to subways all over Canada and even in Europe and I've never experienced this. I was clearly upset that she was going to charge me like a dollar extra per sandwich to individually wrap them but you in my opinion I think she was just being lazy and didn't want to wrap the sandwiches individually. So when she refused to wrap them up into individual 6-in sandwiches I asked for my money back. After arguing with me for a few minutes, she finally just wrapped my sandwiches individual like I wrapped because it was even more work to give me a refund after making the sandwiches. Which is also weird. I've never been to a Subway in my life where they made me pay before they made my sandwich. I've been literally going to Subway for almost 40 years and I've never experienced that. Food quality is poor at this particular Subway but the customer service is just horrendous. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere and definitely the worst at any Subway.
Subway is always good for a quick bite, been ordering the steak and cheese for years.

Anywhere people have to work around a heavy flow area of drug addicts causing violence and second hand drug fumes constantly, gets my immediate respect. They somehow are even still kind and friendly working in the trenches with addicts harassing to use their washroom daily and threatening them over minuscule issues. They even ask how you are and why you chose what you chose, they care in a world when so many do not. Thank you cya soon!
