Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional — from the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. They made no effort to communicate politely and acted like serving customers was a burden. I’ve been to many Subway stores, but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Definitely not returning.

Kajol helped us with our order yesterday evening. In times when customer service is absolutely non-existent, this sweet lady went above and beyond to make sure our order was made to perfection. She was very communicative too. Honestly, this is the best subway I've had in Calgary. I always try different subway locations to find the best one and I feel like my search has finally come to an end. I would highly recommend this location and huge shoutout to Kajol for the positive experience.

I was ordering here because it was relatively stress free until today. I ordered a footlong combo with a pretzel, pretty straight forward. As I was on my way out the door, I told them that I would grab a bottles drink. They said that in order to do that I needed to get the combo? That is exactly what I had ordered... I assumed that they just didn't put it in as a combo. When I got to work I checked the bag and it had cookies...? Probably from when I asked for the combo? I was so confused so I went back, willing to pay for the cookies if they hadn't added them onto the bill, but hoping that they had put it in as a combo so that I could get my drink and be done with it. It was very busy so I waited to the side for a bit before I was able to talk to the person who rang me through. I asked her if my order had been put through as a combo or not because they added the cookies but said no to the drink. She kept on going on about the pretzel for some reason??? I kept telling her to put the pretzel thought to the side, it didn't matter, I just wanted to know if she rang it through as a combo or not but she kept going on and on about the pretzel and how it was extra and I was somehow saving money??? Very unhelpful, pretty stressful too, and now I'm left wondering if I got ripped off or not. The owner wasn't in at the time. When I see her next I'm going to ask her for clarification because at least she makes sense when she talks. Once she does then I'll be willing to take down this one star review.

Not only do they assume you want your food toasted on Uber and decide to choose it for you automatically, but they don't even bother to answer there phone so I can request it be changed. I guess I will just refund the order since It's not what I asked for.

Food quality has deteriorated. The customer service isn’t pleasant, they don’t smile or care how they make your sandwich. One of the workers didn’t even use new gloves after touching things in the back room.

Save yourself and go somewhere else.
