Small location on 11th Avenue, that only seats 14 and more of a take-out Subway. Never actually been to this location before until today. The staff were friendly and the sandwich was fine.

I went into the store around 10:45 and asked the guy if i could use the washroom and employee name ‘Harsh desai’ told me that you have to buy something to use the washroom. I was like mate i dont have my wallet with me and i have a condition as well so kindly let me use it for a second. He said it is store policy and i completely understand it but when someone comes up with a emergency, you guys can make an exemption to the policy. I ended up going nearby a chinese restaurant and lady down there let me use the washroom. I can understand that sometimes its risky to let people going to the washroom at night, but you guys needs to understand the word (emergency) and show some decency. Big shame to the management, who try to make money out of these kind of situations.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on July 18, 2025, around 1:00 PM. The staff member behind the counter (the one in the middle in the photo I’ve attached, who appears to have a small mole under their chin) was extremely rude when asking me what I wanted on my sandwich.
They spoke to me in a humiliating and disrespectful tone, as if serving me was beneath them. It was clear they had no interest in basic customer service. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
I’ve attached a photo from my visit — I made sure no faces are clearly visible out of respect, but the person I interacted with is the one in the center.
I hope the management takes this seriously. I will not be returning to this location.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional — from the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. They made no effort to communicate politely and acted like serving customers was a burden. I’ve been to many Subway stores, but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Definitely not returning.

I’ve been ordering Subway a long time. Have my usual order. It’s good every time… But Rayleen at this Subway is an absolute legend! They go above and beyond every time! 100 out of 5 stars for Rayleen!!!

Kajol helped us with our order yesterday evening. In times when customer service is absolutely non-existent, this sweet lady went above and beyond to make sure our order was made to perfection. She was very communicative too. Honestly, this is the best subway I've had in Calgary. I always try different subway locations to find the best one and I feel like my search has finally come to an end. I would highly recommend this location and huge shoutout to Kajol for the positive experience.
