The food was really fresh and tasted great and the staff was very helpful with getting me the exact order I wanted which had extra spice. The ambience was also relaxing but my concern was the barging in of homeless people seeking water. It was good to see that they were treated nicely and allowed to have some drinks without restriction but just at the same time startling.Wheelchair accessibility: It is Wheelchair accessible.

However, my recent delivery experience from this particular branch was disconcertingly subpar.The bread in my sandwich was unmistakably stale, bearing the characteristics of either being burned or held beyond its prime serving duration. Compounding my dissatisfaction, the meat showcased dry edges, suggesting potential issues with storage and handling. Moreover, the entire sandwich was sloppily assembled, resulting in a soggy mess upon arrival.I recognize the challenges associated with delivery, particularly as businesses grapple with the rising food costs due to inflation. However, these factors should not compromise the very essence of the brand – its promise of fresh, well-made sandwiches.Given the premium prices, also in light of inflation, one anticipates and rightfully expects better quality control. I hope the management at this location takes heed and rectifies these lapses to ensure future patrons aren’t similarly let down.

I’ve ordered from this subway multiple times and they are probably the most incompetent at doing online orders. Never get what I ordered, or they decided to skip out on all combo options even though it’s been paid for. Don’t EVER order from this location, unless you want to pay $35 for two 6inch subs.
