That was the worst experience I ever had in this store. The lady working there is not paying more attention towards customer. I have to repeat order again and again. And every time she making odd face while making my order. Even I applied for coupon discount and she did not add any coupon discount though she grab my coupon of discount. So much unsatisfied experience. Worst customer service by the staff.

I just moved into the area and have been to this location a few times but was shamed for not leaving a larger tip the last time I went in. You should be happy with any extra money you receive on top of the pay check I am assuming you are getting. Wow. Probably not going back.

I've have been going to this location for 3 years now and have always had a positive experience.I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this location today. After I messed up on part of my order, they were very accommodating and allowed me to switch around my order! Thank you!The staff always greet me with a smile and always have a great attitude. If staff don't know the answer to something whether it be dealing with certain promos, or if I ask about nutrinonal info, they are always quick to figure it out.Thanks Subway Team! ? ?Always a pleasure! Nice place but the lady working there has no heart! one lady entered and asked kindly to use the toilet and the worker denied her request..the lady begged her that it is an urgency and that she won't take long and that she will keep tne toilet clean...the worker refused....I had to intervene and claim she was a customer with me....very roughtless behavior! should have let her use the washroom .....no empathy...
Wasn't in the mood to eat anything spicy today, I asked if they had swiss cheese which they were out so they thought giving me the spicy cheese would be a good replacement when they still had mozza, stated they were out of it while already putting it on my sandwich without asking me what I would like instead. The debit machines don't work here either. And somehow a 6 inch sub by itself costs 10$ when I asked to buy it by itself.

Whenever ordering online from this location, the orders are; unfortunately, always made wrong. Whether it's missing vegetables, sauces, proteins, wrong kind of cookie(s), this location never seems to be able to handle the online orders to what was selected from my end.Would only recommend ordering in person at this location.
