Had difficulty paying attention to the order. Asked if I wanted cheese, said no but she attempts to put it on anyhow. Gave me rusted almost rotten lettuce that could easily make you feel ill. Put bbq sauce on the sandwich and somehow it’s everywhere in the wrapper. For a fairly basic task, quite difficult for this individual. Chicken patty isn’t warm.

Terrible service! Will not ever go back. Ordered a great Cdn Sub 6”. Told the girl to leave out the bacon, but she had already placed the bacon in the microwave. She became annoyed and took the ham off the sandwich plus the cheese and left one triangle of cheese plus 2 slices of Turkey. Asked her why she did that, she said because I didn’t want the bacon, it’s no longer a Great Cdn Sub and I will now get a turkey sub yet charged me $8+ for basically 2 slices of Turkey and 1 triangle of cheese and vegetables. Not friendly and seems like she hated her job!! Poor customer service and cheap on the ingredients. I was willing to pay more for the Great Cdn Sub but she decided that I was getting a Turkey Sub instead!??♀️??♀️??♀️

This may be one of the worst subways I’ve been too. I am very basic, turkey on whole wheat not toasted kinda gal but it was hard to even find vegetables that weren’t frozen or old to put on my sandwich, they also don’t use the first piece of paper to put in the subway paper so it gets very soggy. It sucks cause there’s not many options in the Calgary airport and I ran from terminal c to a to get something other than a burger and pizza and I should’ve got a burger.

The two ladies that served me today were exceptional. Thank you for the best chicken salad. I was impressed that my cucumber and tomatoes were cut up for it as well. (17/1/24) 12:45

The worst service ever, I really want to speak to head office about the service I received today. It actually made my cry today. The lady was so ridiculous and disgusted and so racism’s. When we say every customer is equal, buy may be she is out of her senses, or disturbed. I understand its busy, but this does not mean you treat me less than other customers. I asked for veggie sub and she put it in the toaster, and then started doing her stuff and left my sandwich in between, where other girl also didn’t help me out, she started taking the customer next to me and my sandwich was still sitting there. I asked her can you do my veggies , I am also waiting, she stupidly ignored me, and showed aggressive arrogance. Bread got rock hard. I really wish she should get punished for what she did today. Please I really want to speak to head office , I work in restaurant too, we treat all the customers same with smile no matter how busy it is. I wish I could get out her name , but just for the reference so that everyone know , she has small curly hairs and her height is small. Please investigate this
