I’m not sure what’s going on with this place anymore. It used to be good. Looks like new owners/management have taken it over and they just don’t give a crap! Ordered two completely different subs online and when I went to pick it up and got home, the whole order was wrong. They had reversed the bread and the toppings for each of the subs which we could not eat because we both have different taste so we had to modify each one by pulling everything out! I’ve been going to this location for years, but these people suck! I’ve also sent an email to corporate office. They also don’t seem to respond to bad reviews so hopefully I get an answer back through email or I’ll be back here

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Subway location. I found a **piece of steel wool** in my food, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. I understand mistakes can happen, but this is a serious food safety issue.
When you’re paying for a meal, you expect it to be clean and safe to eat. I hope the management takes this seriously and reviews their cleaning and food preparation practices to make sure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

I’ve been coming to this Subway since the dawn of time, and never have I seen anything like what happened on Thursday night (Oct. 23). Buddy starts making my sandwich, then his phone rings like it’s a mission from NASA. He abandons my sub, disappears, then strolls back and continues making it WITHOUT washing his hands. Then—and I still can’t believe this—he scoops veggies off the counter like they were precious artifacts and tosses them right into my sandwich.
At that point, I’m not getting a sub… I’m getting a science experiment.
Hire people who know the difference between “food prep” and “five-second rule buffet.”

This subway location used to be well run and nice now it's bad I would avoid.. I got a cold cut sandwich and all i got was a baloney sandwich they didn't add the other 2 cuts of meat .. my son is 7 and he said where is the ham on my sandwich that he got these guys are scammers !!

Saturday Sept 6 - I placed a mobile order using the Buy 2, Get 1 free footlong code. We only got 2 sandwiches, and when I approached the counter, there was some confusion. There was no manager on sight to help sort out the confusion of their received order and my receipt, and Amandeep took the lead, reviewing my receipt and app order history. She was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout. 10/10.
