Every time I got to this location, the same girl working makes me feel like I am doing something wrong by simply ordering a sub. Never a hello, nor a thank you. Please teach your employees about customer service. I will visit the Walden location from now on.

i swwitched to this subway because the walden one doesn't give ANY veg, i asked for lots of veggies and they literally wrote "lots of veggies" on the sticker. i LOVE this subway. ordering here everytime. <3

I went in hoping to get a kids size sub or one of the new sidekicks. Harleen, very rudely, told me that they were both discontinued even though they had a sign for the sidekicks and I am almost positive that they did not get rid of the kids meals. I was a frequent visitor of this subway but will no longer go back because of this experience.

Love this location!! I made a mistake with the time on my online pick up order so I gave them a call. They were quick to fix my mistake and my order was fresh and ready by the time I arrived. Food was great and the service was very efficient! Will come back soon!

Don’t order from that Subway location on Uber Eats or anywhere online since they don’t properly update their inventory and once you’ve completed your order, they won’t be able to cancel it and you won’t be either. Very bad customer service, won’t return.Edit after Owner wrote: you didn’t offer what we asked for unfortunately. We asked for a refund since the item was not available and you mentioned cancelling the order without knowing for sure this would work. We didn’t have the option on our end, otherwise we would have done it beforehand. We only asked for a refund because the main reason we ordered from Subway was for that item specifically. Just disappointed you couldn’t cancel on your end and fully refund. The solution wasn’t met unfortunately and we had to order something else to not loose what we initially paid for, this is not what I call good customer service and striving for the best. I can understand the glitch, things happen, but this was poorly taken care of.
