When I walked into the store, I immediately noticed that the windows and doors were broken, and the floor was sticky and dirty. There was only one person working, which already seemed like a red flag. Unfortunately, she cross-contaminated my veggie sub by touching it right after handling my friend’s chicken sub without changing gloves. The veggies and veggie patty were soggy and tasted unpleasant. On top of that, there were flies around the food area AND DEAD FLIES ON THE TABLE WHERE WE WERE GOING TO EATTTTTTTT incredibly unhygienic. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The place is beyond dirty, flies were on the food, table, and covered the pop machine (which was also broken). Lost my appetite due to uncleanness. Along with this, the veggies on my sub tasted soggy and old. Not worth anyones time.

Does not operate like most places. Most places will serve more than one customer at once so people arnt just standing there but not here. Very lazy slow service. You pay for convinence not good service. And I walked out cuz after all that time standing there I find out they don't have what I want shocker.

I usually go to this subway and never had a problem but last night had a very disappointing experience. An employee named Gaurav did not know how to scan a coupon and told me that the coupon was invalid. Just because you dont know how to scan it does not make the coupon valid. I took the coupon back from him and paid the whole total. He then put my order on the counter with no bag or no napkins and went away. When I asked him about the bag, he literally threw it in my face as if doing me a favor. Such attitude and rude service. Very disappointing.
