Came in during a lunch rush. The workers were very attentive and served us in a timely manner. I have not had a bad interaction at this Subway. The vegetable station looked fresh (unlike some other subways I’ve been too). The construction and area are a bit off putting but the restaurant itself is clean. Will be back for lunch

Raman was working all alone on Saturday night when we arrived hungry. She’s an incredible sandwich artist. She ensured that our sandwiches were as fresh as possible when we politely asked about fresher lettuce 🥬 & spinach that wasn’t bruised. Happily she said “I’ll be right back.” And returned with a brand new bag of the freshest lettuce 🥬 & spinach in unopened, sealed produce bags. When she said thanks for waiting we encouraged her that she was doing a great job & not to worry about how fast she was going. She was working at a visibly efficient speed. She made our sandwiches exactly to order. My friend Jesse & I ate the MEAL OF THE DAY. Today’s deal was turkey. She was knowledgeable about the special & accurately quoted the deal to us as we were ordering. My friend got his toasted and asked for every veggie except jalapeños & a sauce. RAMAN even told us about the fun new “ask us about this sauce” She very quickly & confidently replied “Garlic” We paid & ate in As we were eating 3 men arrived I observed that Raman gave the same accurate, efficient & professional service to them too. They did not eat in. When the restaurant was not busy Raman tidied up & mopped to keep the restaurant pristine
*** side note the weather in Calgary Alberta today snowed 100% of the day Big huge snowflakes ❄️ & hoar frost that covered everything like a thick frosting ***

To say we were impressed & left very satisfied would be an understatement More restaurants should have staff like Raman. We just had to praise her. Her location is in a rough part of the NE very close to the Calgary Drop in Centre. She handled herself so well.

I had a great experience at this Subway today! The employee who helped me was incredibly welcoming and respectful. I really appreciated that she changed her gloves before taking my order and used a clean knife to prepare my sub, especially since I have religious restrictions.
This level of care and attention is something I don’t usually see at other locations, so it truly stood out. I hope the owner sees this and recognizes the employee working at the front between 12:00 and 12:10 PM today—she definitely deserves appreciation.

I have been going to this location a couple times a week for a couple of years now (I work nearby) &;it was fine but now that will not give me a glass of water to have with my sub which is ridiculous I do not want to drink pop or carbonated water I will not be going back they have lost my business for good
