I usually go to this subway and never had a problem but last night had a very disappointing experience. An employee named Gaurav did not know how to scan a coupon and told me that the coupon was invalid. Just because you dont know how to scan it does not make the coupon valid. I took the coupon back from him and paid the whole total. He then put my order on the counter with no bag or no napkins and went away. When I asked him about the bag, he literally threw it in my face as if doing me a favor. Such attitude and rude service. Very disappointing.

Lies about what time they open and still aren't ready after a hour
Very disappointing, ordered for delivery. Ordered a steak and cheese with extra cheese. No cheese was on the sandwich, ordered mayo, ranch, house sauce and the sandwich only had mayo.
I understand mistakes happen, I wanted to call the store to give my honest feedback as I normally visit this location in person. The lady was incredibly rude, saying they didn't make my order, although their address was on my receipt. When I tried to give her my order number, she hung up on me.
I hate complaining, but I just wanted what I ordered. The quality of my food was terrible.

we visited the place recently and only one employee over there and too many's people. we waited for 30 minutes that's was really bad.

Decided to eat subway after 10 years. Ordered the suprimo footlong. It made me very sick, would not recommend eating here.

Worst subway i have ever had. Bread was stale, barely any tomato sause on my meatball sub, stale hard cookies, floor and tables were dirty, soda machine did not work, washroom was not open to public and the customer service was horrible lacking communication skills and connection with customers. As a former subway employee I really wonder how these people have a job if they dont know the basics of operating a subway shop. Never again, people please dont waste your time or money

Not impressed with this Subway at all. They never have ice in their pop machine. The staff are not very friendly and when I asked the lady if she had scanned my card for rewards she said yes but in fact it wasn’t scanned and so just a headache overall ? I recommend you go to another Subway if you want to get a sub. I know I won’t be going back to this location anymore. Just disappointed ☹️

Store hours says its open til 10pm. I walked in at 9:48pm to get a drink and a footlong cookie but the employee said they are already closed. They should update their store hours sign if they don’t follow it at all.

So I visited this restaurant on Thursday evening. This new guy was working all by himself. Although there was big lineup and online orders, he was handling it well. I feel they need another person there to help since I worked in food industry and its frustrating sometimes. Service was excellent and love the food. Visit again soon. Thanks again to the new guy.

rude lady that works there is so aggressive with the way she talks, i can’t believe some people are just straight up disrespectful. her name is like “mavvy”. i hope she comes across the right customer who will put her in her place.
