Pretty disappointing experience here. The Italian Herbs & Cheese bread was extremely hard and stale, almost like biting into a brick. I’ve had Subway plenty of times before and it’s never been this tough, so this definitely didn’t feel fresh. The overall quality was off, and it made the sandwich hard to enjoy. Not sure if proper Subway freshness standards are being followed at this location, so just something to keep in mind.

Twice now they messed up my Uber Eats order. First time I got someone else’s order with my receipt on it. The 2nd time they gave me a 6” (ordered 12”) with the wrong bread. And dumped a ton of salt on it. You need to hire more qualified people please.

So I got Subway today and the Sandwich came delivered to me from Uber, it was such a beautifully wrap sandwich and the whole order was put together so nicely I had to take a picture of it opened. I had to write a review I just think that this was a very beautifully made sandwich and wrapped ever so nicely.

I don’t typically write reviews, but if any place deserve one it’s this one. I’ve been to this location 3 times and EVERY-TIME it’s a debacle or a issue. 1st time the lady asked 4 times for my instruction of sandwich after I already said. 2 times, I then got charged extra and literally had to tell the employee that a egg and ham cheese is not not a up charge for meat idk how I know the menu better than a employee… then third time I tried to use my 100$ gift card and got told it didn’t work and went home and it had balance of 33$, this location should change every employee and management as I’ve never had this issue any where else and this was 3 times over. Who ever owns this place must give no cares or have no pride what so ever.. a real shame to be honest as it’s fantastically located. ( I then threw out the gift card after not being properly informed of the balance so I’m now out 33 bucks to subway which delivered the worst service I’ve be ever experienced at 17th ave subway. No word besides be better and if ur hungry go ANYWHERE Else, I walk 20Mins extra now, in minus 20 to specifically not attend this horrendous location. Buy ramen before coming here or even eat dirt

Two litte peices of cheese on my foot long.. not impressed. Oh and my cookie was rock hard! I paid money for a cookie is couldn't even bite into. I like the cookies! They don't answer the phone either.
