The staff will let you sit there and not acknowledge you at all while they deal with uber eats orders. Don't goto this establishment. The customer service is non existent. Who knew making sandwiches could be so difficult. Pathetic

Came into the story on Remembrance Day and had Rhys serve me and he went over the top with service. Great kid awesome attitude he had very good knowledge on the ingredients in the everything as I our party had an allergy.

If I could give a zero I would ! Ordered 3 subs threw door dash ……. They LEGIT miss making one. Door dash delivers our order so we complain and than call subway and he asks for our name only to say can you call back im busy…… hope your busy enough to realize you just lost 3 customers 🙃let me just tell my kids to hold on and not eat because you don’t have time to deal with your mistake .

Rhys packed my foot long chicken bacon ranch double meat all vegetables with sauce like a champ, no other subway has been able to do it. Impressed, 5/5.

This place would not change their plastic gloves after each sandwich. An 'X' employee asks you for a bread -> puts in your selection of meat/protein -> goes to the next customer and asks for a bread -> uses same gloves to pick and cut the bread and fill the selected meat/protein....this is cross contamination and its wrong..the staff should be changing the gloves each and every time they touch any meat/cheese/protein!

Dirtiest and most disorganized location I’ve been to. There was a hair in the veggies and my “sandwich artist” was like “what where?”!!! Didn’t even close my sandwich, it was just straight up open faced

I have never met a staff that literally does know how to take an order. So slow and an exhausting experience.
I’m here today around 2:26pm, you can tell they are extremely under staffed only one lady is working. It was extremely busy. I waited in line for over 15 mins - a man had a big order. The lady was working so hard and stayed so calm and amazing during my time there. I don’t know her name but she deserves 5 stars! She was fast and multi tasked and had a good attitude! 5 stars to her! But please maybe have more staff on shift!

We went for dinner and we had a excellent experience the young blonde gentleman was so plesant given how busy it was. He the took the time with our order and was very patient and kind. We are very impressed with his customer service and he should be commeneded for the overall experience.

When I came into this restaurant the employee told me she “didn’t have time” to make me a single sandwich. There was not a single other person in the store. I have never been told to leave a Subway before. Very disappointed! If you want food apparently you should not go here.
