This subway team doesn’t wash baskets/trays. They just give you the used unwashed baskets for dine in. Today they gave me a basket that had catchup sticking to it. I do not recommend this place.

Young lady working tonight, Nik was awesome. At 9pm she was cleaning and definitely feeling the end of shift was near, she was very pleasant and quick making my subs exactly as I ordered them. I was worried seeing some other recent reviews about staff being rude. She was not.

Also the fresh unprocessed veggies displayed, I've never seen in a subway before. Definitely a nice touch. In the past I have seen them just dump bags of pre-cut vegetables from the cooler into the trays.

I used to come to this spot all the time with my friends when I was younger, we always enjoyed it. Went in this morning and was not greeted, I asked for my usual bread and the lady working took the tray from the rack and just basically threw it onto the counter making a loud sound. Ended up doing that twice cause the bread was all stuck to the tray. She then cut it in half and continued to not say a word to me while I chose my toppings. I asked for it toasted and she went into the back while it was in the toaster. The thing was beeping for a good 15 seconds before she finally came and pulled it out so luckily it wasn’t burnt. I got to the register and I would’ve got a full combo if she had asked if I wanted chips or a fountain drink but she never did. She also completely skipped the prompt for me to enter my rewards number so I missed out on that too. As I paid she just walked away so I wasn’t even able to grab a receipt so I just said thank you and walked out.
Ive been working in customer service for the past 6 years, I understand morning shifts can suck but the attitude on this lady was horrendous and since reading other reviews, I’m very disappointed this location has turned into such a miserable little spot.
Everyone deserves at least a smile when they walk into your business, it costs nothing to be nice :)

The filipino associates here are rude and it always looks like they are forced to be working here with unhappy expressions.
If you ask for a specific sandwich or customize your, they pretend as if they are doing you a favour and it’s a huge burden. Won’t even confirm they heard what you asked. I’ve never had any of them greet us when we walk in and they all always look like they are over it with a lot of unnecessary attitude.
They never seem to change their gloves between customers unless they touch cash otherwise they touch the counters, the cookie tray, the bread tray, the oven doors (that has finger prints on it) and then they try to add veggies with same gloves!

It’s so sad to see service is so bad, specially since this is a busy area!

Ordered a footlong turkey bacon on Italian Herb & Cheese bread, but what I got was completely wrong—wrong bread, wrong cheese, and missing the bacon.

Attention to detail matters, especially when ordering through Uber Eats, since there’s no way to fix mistakes after the fact. I tried calling the store to address it, but no one even answered the phone.

Mistakes happen, but at least picking up the phone would’ve been appreciated…. Disappointing experience.

The staff will let you sit there and not acknowledge you at all while they deal with uber eats orders. Don't goto this establishment. The customer service is non existent. Who knew making sandwiches could be so difficult. Pathetic

Came into the story on Remembrance Day and had Rhys serve me and he went over the top with service. Great kid awesome attitude he had very good knowledge on the ingredients in the everything as I our party had an allergy.

If I could give a zero I would ! Ordered 3 subs threw door dash ……. They LEGIT miss making one. Door dash delivers our order so we complain and than call subway and he asks for our name only to say can you call back im busy…… hope your busy enough to realize you just lost 3 customers 🙃let me just tell my kids to hold on and not eat because you don’t have time to deal with your mistake .
