When I came into this restaurant the employee told me she “didn’t have time” to make me a single sandwich. There was not a single other person in the store. I have never been told to leave a Subway before. Very disappointed! If you want food apparently you should not go here.

Went Nov 2023. The guy was SO nice & professional. The place was super clean. I noticed that when the worker had no customers he was cleaning random things like window sills and under the straw holder. Love that, if you can lean you can clean, and it shows. Impressed.

Went to the location 10 minutes after opening. Sign was on saying open, lights were on, but door was locked. I tried calling the location/knocked on the door to see if someone was there who forgot to unlock the door, and no answer.Normally when I go here, the service is good and food is fine. Just a basic Subway. However very unimpressed today that they were supposed to be open, but weren't.

I am very upset with the service I received today from the individual. This guy was in so hurry situation without any reason. I was the only customer there. He did not have any patience with my order. He was throwing all vegetables on the bread and put so much sauces that by the time I got home in 2 minutes whole sandwich was soggy and fall apart from our hand. The bag was ripped the napkins were all crumble up inside the bag. We are regular customer there last 10 yrs or soThis horrible service I saw first time. I need to bring this matter to the manager he said the manager is not available. They guy should not be working there if he does not meet the customer satisfaction

I am very disappointed. I have a severe allergy to dairy, I walked in and told the lady I have a severe allergy to dairy, do you have an allergy menu? She said uhm I don't know. I said okay, do you know what bread contains milk? I can have gluten just not dairy, she said I don't know. I said okay.. are you able to find out maybe ask a manager ? Or a coworker? She walked into the back and yelled in a different language to someone one else in the back. She came back with a type of bread, I asked her what it is and she responded gluten free, I said oh okay, does it contain any dairy? She said I don't know.. I simply said, well I don't know what bread or any of the food here contains dairy, you can't access an allergy menu at all? I mean shouldn't it at least be posted? Even if customers can't see it, it should be in the back. I definitely won't be going back here, she was very rude, and I felt very judged. Allergies are so important, and staff should know, where the allergy menu is.

A man infront of me paid 20$ cash for a water bottle and told the employee to pay for my sandwich as well and i was surprised and told him thank you so much only for the girl to make me pay anyway!? Unacceptable

Super clean, nice staff but I found this particular location doesn’t offer the best coupons. Otherwise a great, small location!

Here’s a little hint, when you handle money with your plastic gloves on, don’t start making a sandwich with those same gloves…disgusting, I have witnessed this a few times here.

We were there yesterday for last minute sub they have renovated the whole place. The guy took his time but made us what we wanted. A lot of choices of drinks, clean place nice staff. We never sat there and ate but last night we did . It was nice experience.

Went on Feb 2 and purchased three subs. The lady working was very unfriendly. Had a horrible look on her face even had a mask on and you still tell she was not pleased to be working there. Phone rang and the younger kid working in the back brought it to her so she stopped serving me and he continued. Kyle was his name. Nice young gentleman. But her wow she should not be working there. Manager at this location should really pay attention because this is not the first time.

Came at lunch time very poor customer service over here the food handling is also very poor here Asked for vegetarian sub I req please do not put my paper on meat she did . And then she put someone’s meet on my sub. And then garbage the bread with attitude when I asked her to change the bread . Sabrina was her name . People were waiting and waiting as she was putting cheese on the bread . Even they made wrong order for people who came for pick up . I asked the lady for her name and she said can’t you read my name plate .
