All the other concourse food court stores were open and busy at 6:45 pm. The 3 staff ignored customers and closed the store. 6:45pm seem like an odd time to close. Its no wonder why Subway sales are dropping.

WAY OVERPRICED! Capitalizing on hungry travelers. Take your $$ to Chachis and get a premium sandwich for less. Will be reporting this location to Subway Canada.Shame on you Airport location!

Might never get subway again in my life to be honest.Just paid $45 for two foot longs because of “airport prices”Absolutely nonsense.

If I can leave a negative star, I would have. One star is the lowest I can get. But this place does NOT open on time. If you are in a morning flight and needed a breakfast on time, DO NOT go there. We had an early morning flight and nothing is open yet. But we wanted a sub, so we decided to wait. The airport website clearly said subway opens at 5:30 and at 5:30, we went in to order. The lady said to wait for another 30 minutes yet. “ but it’s 5:30.” We asked but she responded with, “we opened at 5:30 but ready to take order half an hour after that”.I thought stores are supposed to be ready for customer as soon as you open. Bad services. Late opening and causing customers time. We wasted our time waiting for them. Be aware.

The sandwhich was good, and the double chocolate chip cookies are addicting!!

I love Subways. Healthy fast food for a fair price. Nice and clean store. Well done team.

I found the staff that waited on me didn’t understand English very well but they would put more sauces on the sub when I asked

The prices were high. I have never paid 17.00 for a sub and drink before. I probably won’t be back to this subway again due to the high prices.

This is the concourse A location and it is the worst one in the airport. I am frequently in YYC and avoid this location like the plague. If you see a lady in a yellow vest, just turn around cause she is the owner and is so chincey with the toppings. I always order footlongs and at best she consistantly puts an amount suitable for a 6 inch. Then proceeds to overcharge you. The veggies here are either old and wilted or theyre still frozen. What a shame

Unbelievable. Don't know what kind of pulled pork. Poor placement of cheese. Very pushy. Unfriendly staff. Do not recommend
