Been here a few times last visit was today! The bread is hard and crumbly seems like it was backed yesterday or the day before.. the vegetables were all looking sad and about to go, I asked for mayonnaise and light chipotle and got teriyaki sauce. I asked for them to remove the incorrect sauce and was told it comes with it, I said ok well I didn’t ask for it and you should have check with me since I was making my own not ordering from the menu. Service was horrible food was horrible. Do not recommend go to another location.

Subs are always classic. The restaurant was clean and well kept.Some of the staff here needs better training and/or supervision. Paying more attention overall could benefit the customer service here.

Since I wrote a negative review of the subway on barlow, I thought I'd write a positive review of what I consider the best subway in the area (and literally 30 seconds away from that terrible subway, so don't bother with the one on barlow and just drive over to peigan).I usually come in here at dinner time, and the guy who works every night is professional and inspires me with the utmost of confidence. If he's not making a sandwich, he's cleaning something. He makes the sandwiches to our exact specifications every time, and even remembers what we ordered last time so as to have it ready for us if there's a line. When there's a line, he doesn't get overwhelmed or snippy with the customers, and I never feel slighted or like he thinks serving me is a chore. I told him about my food sensitivity and he took me seriously and even offered to make my sandwich over again just in case (I declined, but appreciated his professionalism). This place is the real deal, and is usually my first choice for sandwiches. I cannot rate the service we get from this restaurant high enough. Otherwise, it's just like every other subway you've ever been to in every other way.

I usually don’t leave a review but this location deserves one. The guy who made my sandwich I believe his name was Luke really made my day, he gave good customer service and made a great sandwich. The staff in this location are pretty good at their job and the ingredients are always fresh. Keep up the good work guys, I will continue to come here regularly!

I came in tonight to a women being awful rude to Archie who was working. This man didnt let some rude customer ruin his mood . He made me the best damn sandwich and had the most positive attitude. Archie deserves a raise. Thanks again for dinner Archie!
