I stopped by around 6:55–7:05 PM for a quick bite.
As usual, the food was tasty, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a solid Subway experience.
There were a few tables that could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t a major issue. The main downside for me was that the washroom was closed. I was told this happens in the evenings due to safety concerns in the area and past incidents, which is understandable — however, it does raise a fair question about how customers are expected to wash their hands when dining in.
For now, I’d rate this location 4 stars. There’s definitely room for improvement, and I wish the team continued success in their business.

I went in to this location tonight and a super sweet girl named Kamal was working by her self. It was pretty busy when I got in and she did a great job managing everyone’s orders. I do feel bad for her because I’m sure it was stressful when you’re working alone. This is also not the best area so I don’t really think it’s ideal to be this low staffed. She was great though.

My brother and I just left this subway, a nice girl was working there alone….. she shouldn’t have been to start things off when I asked to have a wrap it looked like she was doing Einstein level calculations in her head. Second instead of toasting it she wrapped it into a square folded the paper on it then threw in into the oven…. The amount of smoke that came out of the oven was comparable to a bob marley concert. Then onto my brother sub, he decided to order a BLT to not confuse her. Instead she made him a cold cut combo with 6 pieces of spinach and called it good. Comedy 10/10 food 1/10 would recommend to a sad friend

Kobe truly went above and beyond. This young man took the time and care and paid enough attention to choose the freshest ingredients and discard anything wilted. He cares about what he does and this shows in his work ethic. Thank you Kobe!

The workers are very kind but management needs to step up and do better. I’ve come in many different times (weekends, weekdays, daytime, evening, nighttime) and they are NEVER appropriately staffed. They only ever have one worker and online orders never get made. I should not have to wait 15 minutes after the latest pick up time from the subway app after placing an order half an hour ago. What is the purpose of online ordering if you end up having to wait triple the amount of time it takes to walk in. I’ve seen this happen to other people when ordering at the counter. This is disgusting behaviour management and they need to do better. Your young employee should not have to deal with the repercussions of incompetent management.

Its a great place clean. Just one complaint. Have more staff on a Wednesday night instead of a kid. Waited 20mins. Had 5 customers walk out behind me. I'll never visit that place on a Wednesday
