Great spot for a quick and healthy bite! When I visit, the service is always welcoming and the bread is always fresh and delicious.
I have been going to this subway on a regular basis and I have never been unhappy. The sandwiches are always freshly made and I can modify them to my specific preferences. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, Subway is my go-to spot for fresh, tasty and reliable meal😊.Thank you to whole team.
Most of the team here is great polite, quick, and doing their best. But the older woman managing them is always shouting and rushing the staff right in front of customers. It’s stressful to watch and brings down the whole experience. She also doesn’t change her gloves, which is pretty concerning. Something needs to change.

The staff here are super friendly and hardworking, they deserve better. Unfortunately, the older lady who seems to be in charge is constantly yelling at them in front of customers and rushing them. It creates a really uncomfortable vibe. Also noticed she doesn’t change gloves, which is a hygiene concern. Management needs to step in.

My sandwich artist took some unexpected liberties with how my sandwich was made—or perhaps it was simply a lack of care. Unfortunately, it felt more like the latter. I had to ask her to spread the toppings so they weren’t all clustered into one bite, which was met with an annoyed look and a sigh. When I then asked her to cut the sandwich properly (as the initial cut barely went through), I received another sigh and look of irritation as she ripped through the rest of the sandwich. I don’t feel my requests were unreasonable, and the overall lack of attention and care was frustrating. I don’t like to complain, but I felt compelled to write a review after being genuinely disappointed with my experience at this location.

Food was good but there service was fabulous. The guy greeted me when I came in and made some small talk. He took my order and got down to business making my sandwich. He new exactly what was on it and spoke clearly and smiled the entire time. I will be back.

Its 930 am and noone here.
7:35 pm no one up front person is on the phone in the back for over 10 minutes. Maybe it’s time to hire a second person? Also the needed to snap a photo of this …. Looks very fresh
I JUST left. Ordered on line using coupon. When I went to pick up the sandwiches, all of a sudden 1 sandwich was deleted and he said no coupon was applied. LITERALLY ripped us off ! I even brought the PHYSICAL coupon.. and he would NOT honor it. I refuse to support a SNEAKY business, that offers coupons, but then blames the customer and does not apply it. Bad bad business!!!

Once I seen that older lady not change out her gloves and continue to wear them while using the computer, and giving money back..... completely lost my business. Extremely unsanitary!!! Turned around and left
That little Sicily sandwich was a 10/10!!!! Wow. Delicous. Will order that one again. Service was also amazingly friendly as always.

There's this one woman at this Subway location who manages to turn a simple sandwich order into a needlessly frustrating experience. It's the worst Subway I have ever been to, and the worst customer experience in general.
While I was deciding on my order, she seemed impatient, clearly focused on closing tasks.
Imagine this: It's 9:29 PM, just over half an hour before they close at 10:00 PM. I've got my sandwich in hand, ready to dine in, when she drops the bombshell that "dine-in" closed at 9:00 PM. There was no mention of this rule anywhere in the store. It felt like she was determined to ensure I dine al fresco, like a hungry raccoon, despite more customers walking in, and I still had a marathon drive ahead of me after a long flight back to Calgary.
After some negotiation (more like pleading), she reluctantly allows us to sit, though not without some comical table management. Starting at a low table, we were swiftly directed to a high one, as if we were part of a bizarre efficiency experiment.
Maybe she should reconsider working closing shifts if she's not up for making sandwiches or accommodating guests until the store actually closes at 10:00 PM.

Visiting this Subway was a very uplifting experience! Nav is a friendly and courteous staff member who greeted me and was very helpful! Her cheery disposition truly made a difference in my overall experience. The produce was fresh, the buns were soft and the cookies were delicious! The entire restaurant is kept clean and tidy.

Interesting customer service, was waiting in line and an older gentlemen at the front wanted a cup of water after paying, they proceeded to tell him there was .25 cent charge for a water??? 2 people waiting in line and myself left. It’s simply bad business to treat customers poorly. Subway hopefully dies the same death by a thousand cuts that they are inflicting on their customers.
