Me and my friend are very disappointed today. We ordered our subs with all toppings around 11 and it took about 30 minutes to receive. Whenever they received orders they stopped making ours and made those first which was a little confusing because shouldn’t it be a first come first serve basis ? Then once we got our subways they were made very terribly. There was no tomatoes though we requested it, but overloaded with lettuce and it was very lacking in meat and all the sauce was in one corner and it seemed they didn’t use all the sauce we requested to put in. Not to mention we heard the worker tell the other worker to go light on our toppings. Overall very disappointing experience won’t be coming again if this is the case.

I was pooping when I closed and locked the door. Then a few minutes later an employee walked right in very scary don’t use the washroom there. After I checked if the door is locked and it was. Neveu use washroom there

Very sparse with toppings. Employees act like they are "put out" when asked for more toppings. When the customer easily pays 13+ dollars for a a sub, staff need not be acting this way. Unsure where the direction is coming from to act like this. Employees are more concerned about speaking non-English in front of customers. Tye owner is quite a peach too. Zero intention of ever returning. Can see why Subway is failing as a franchise

Best place ever

I go to this location most of the time usually after 9 pm, The girl who works at night has excellent customer care skills, she keeps the store clean she is very professional at her work

You go there after 9pm. The girl who works acts like she is the owner. She always has her earpods on talking to someone. One time i walked in and there was loud indian music playing. Subway is one of my favs but this location is absolutely horrible. They need to reconsider hiring people that they actually have customer experience.

Tables were dirty and full of crumbs and sauces. floor dirty no swept or mopped. Bathroom had no tissue. Very bad looking store.

You can tell the owner takes so much pride in this location. I specifically come to Royal Oak knowing I’ll get the best service and always a clean environment. It’s refreshing to see this kind of worth ethic and customer service at a fast food franchise. Attention to detail and hygiene is always so appreciated. The toppings are not skimpy at all especially when you ask for extra - never a problem here!
