Bro, this is the worst subway restaurant i have ever been to. Their attitude is insane. Especially the girl named (NAVNIT). Didn’t even made sandwiches according to my liking. I will never go back there. Overall very very very bad experience.

I ordered chicken shawarma bowl. But almost no chicken in it 75% bowl was filled with lettuce. They didn’t know what is costumer service. They are not helping you to make your order better. No greetings to the costumers nothing.

Worst possible subway to go to. I had a pickup order which means you suppose to skip the line and the lady told me to wait in the line to choose my already chosen toppings...then they only gave me minimal amount of toppings when I had asked for extra and couldn't even taste the sauce as there was barely any sauce. I did get in touch with franchise owner who just said sorry and it is the way it is. Avoid at all costs. Go to the one on country hills just past deerfoot. It's night and day difference.

Parmjit and the other lady who I think only work in the daytime are super kind. They always change their gloves, and are polite. They don't rush at ALL.
but the women who were working at 4:20pm today, (Aug 23) were quite the opposite. I've had a few encounters with a particular bigger woman who has bright red lipstick and wears a long brown braid which looks more blonde. She's so rude for no reason. I came up and asked if she could remove her gloves, since I'm getting a veggie sub and she just touched meat (for another order) she completely ignored what I said and asked "what bread do u want: I asked again, and then she finally removed it. This happened twice, once with my family member. My family member who we'll call "10". 10 went to subway and asked for the SAME lady to remove her gloves because 10 wants a veggie sub. She refused and said "we don't waste around here". First of all, I don't think Cross-Contamination is less important then gloves ?. Second of all, when she was arguing abt not wasting. 10's sub got BURNT. And the lady had to make a new one, so much for wasting?. Also, she was rushing like crazy when there was nobody in the line and barely payed attention to me. She was basically yelling "NEXT" the second I named a vegetable I wanted on MY sub. When I went to checkout I asked for the receipt. She crumbled it in front of me?♀️.
Horrible experience with the lady that I explained before. Other than that, Parmjit and the other woman she works with, are super friendly and respectful. I'm only giving 5 stars because of them. Otherwise it would've been 1 star with my recent experiences.

My wife and I go to this place at least once a week, the treatment is very good, the people who serve us are very kind and helpful, the place is very clean, it is very nice to go to a place, eat, with good treatment and a pleasant atmosphere.

I recently visited the store and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The attendant was incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in helping me. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a condescending tone and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience.
It's unfortunate that such a negative experience marred my visit because I had heard good things about this place. Customer service is crucial, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others. Management should seriously consider retraining their staff to treat customers with respect and courtesy.

This location is near my home so I always come here but today I decided to give review as all time the people working here make a strange face whenever cx ask to put some extra lettuce or tomato or sauce, now i will go 10 minutes drive to another subway location for now as we customer are paying for food we are not getting food in donation.
