I usually stop in a couple times a week. I went a few months without doing it when I noticed the veggies looked over ripe or the bread was hard. I decided to give it a chance couple of weeks ago and I was impressed.
My sandwich maker was a young man named Gurjot. He was polite, he made my sub exactly the way I wanted it. I didnt have to ask multiple times for more.
Tonight, he was great. He waited patiently until I made up my mind about what I was getting. Handled my moms sub good as well. My sub was full and looked great. Even when I added a salad for tomorrow to the order, he didnt complain or even make a dirty face.
So far, of the workers there, he's my favorite.
Five starts for good service. Three stars because of quality of food Five stars for the atmosphere because the workers there don't get impatient.

Not a great experience, barely any veggies put on my sub, had to ask for normal amount on each one. Prices are expensive compared to other locations. Almost 2 dollars more for a footlong.

The worst subway. The best one is tuscany, next best is near superstore in bowness. I come back because its open late. You ask for little bit of sauce and the sub literally is drowning. i had to open my sub and wipe it down with a napkin before leaving it was so bad. I asked for turkey bacon last time and got ham and turkey… i clarified while it was still being made as i could see he was using the wrong meat and he never took off the wrong meat and just put turkey over top of the ham and so i had to remove the wrong meat at home (i do not like ham at all lol). The sub is also rarely cut in half fully so you have to rip the sub apart. Staff is never friendly, seems to not listen or care to requests (even when super nice and kind!) the ingredients do not seem fresh compared to the other locations i previously mentioned. Highly disappointing. I seem to always come back to get a sub after waiting several months due to bad experience thinking maybe something would change and always regret this. Drive the extra 5 minutes to the bowness superstore and go to the subway there, or better yet, go to Tuscany. Same owner since i can remember and always kind friendly (remembers customers and orders) and always makes a delicious sandwich and never ever drowns your sub in sauce!!
