Its just sad that the crew here are not that friendly. They dont know how to show “customer service” no greetings, not smiling and seems like they are always tired. This is the second time I ordered with the same crew and always ask for the $9.99 promo they have. Now she did it again, she was charging me the regular price when I ask for the deal. I clearly say the 9.99 deal with stuffing but when i get to the counter she charge me regular price and didnt get any combo meal. She said that I should have told her the combo when i specifically asked for the deal they have. I think they have to revisit the offer and how they punch it in the till

Didn’t like the service at all. The sub was not made as per instructions for my online order and even staff was rude. I had written in the instructions to add sauce and veggies proper but there was no sauce. My footlong was not even cut in two pieces which was already mentioned as when went inside and told to cut it got weird expression as if I did something wrong. Very rude staff!! Highly disappointed. And it’s not ready on time as well.

When cutting my bread the guy put his whole body weight onto my bread and flattened it, he then skimped me on the meat, lettuce was brown, and put more pickles on than there was lettuce; without spreading them evenly. Ruined my night.

Had a good experience at Subway today! The staff were friendly, service was quick, and everything looked fresh. My turkey and ham sub was tasty with soft bread and crisp veggies. The place was mostly clean,overall a solid and satisfying stop for a quick meal.
