Made an online order to pick up. We realized that once we got home, we were given a 6” sub instead of the 12” we ordered. They also put food items on the subs that were not wanted. No one would answer the phone so we had to drive all the way back. Upon arrival to the store, the clerk did help promptly but appeared confused as we had a 6” in the order as well but then apologized and stated the reason for error was due to it being busy. Will never come back to this store. Clearly they need to hire more staff. 2 stars cause they helped promptly.

Poor customer service, We were a paying customer, I'm with my client who has a disability and asked for additional napkin coz its badly needed. They can only provide 2 pcs each customer, even we direly need it that time for hygienic reason. Stingy staff without compassion as if we will waste the napkin or bring it home. Hope Subway company will value its customers. There's no business if there's no customers. The slogan says, Feel Good. We really didn't have a positive feeling associated with the overall experience in this location. Providing additional napkin if needed will not bankrupt your company.

Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever got in my whole life. Barely any toppings on the sub , bread was stale and overcooked. Don’t waste your money going to this location

Subway company is screwing the franchisee with bad marketing. I wanted to order a pizza sub but its removed from the menu but when I got back I went to the subway menu and found there is supposed to be a pizza sub on the menu. The franchisee will be loosing out on sales due to bad marketing material provided by subway

Sep 29/2025 : Very disappointed with this Subway location. Despite being paying customers, we were told the washroom was not available for use. My 7 years old daughter wanted to use it (at 8.30pm and store closes at 10pm) but she was denied despite we requested politely and reassurance. It’s basic courtesy — especially in a food establishment — to provide restroom access. Definitely not the kind of customer service you'd expect. Will think twice before coming back.

The rating this place has makes sense… this is unlike any other subway I’ve ever ordered from. At other subways I will get a $6.50 wrap with cucumbers and mayo and they are smart enough to load it. I mean there’s only 2 things and it’s a $6 wrap. But here I get a piece of paper. Like you are telling the that I paid $6.50 for 8 cucumbers? If you can even count two of those because of how small they are? What on earth..

Asked for ‘lots of lettuce’, had to ask for more again…didn’t want to ask a third time. SKIMPY & cheap portions. 5 olives on a foot long… avoid this location.

I recently went into this place and was surprised when an employee told me not to leave a tip, because according to them, the manager doesn’t actually give the staff their tips. That really caught me off guard. What kind of management operates like that? It sounds incredibly unfair and unprofessional to deny employees money that rightfully belongs to them. From what I understand, tips are supposed to go directly to the workers who earn them, not be kept by management. In fact, I believe in many places it’s not just unethical but actually illegal for managers or owners to take employees’ tips, since tips are considered the personal property of the staff. If that’s really happening, it could be considered wage theft. Honestly, it makes me think twice about supporting a business where management would treat their employees that way.

Went in today and the woman working there was not only incredibly quick with serving me and my 3 coworkers but did so with a smile. Upon paying she informs me to not tip at this location because the money goes to the manager. Not workers. I would return if my gratitude for said workers went TOO THE WORKERS.

Having a tip option at a fast food place is absolutely pathetic. I did not sit down and get served for an hour as if I was at a restaurant. Id like to know where these tips go, or if people even choose to tip. And if they do tip, it is because they feel obligated. I hope the owners smarten up and remove this because if they dont, customers will remove themselves from visiting.

Owner is greedy and of low integrity. The debit machine will prompt a tip option, which goes only to the owner and does not go to the employees. Disgusting

The worst customer service I have experienced. Now wonder why it has such low reviews. I would avoid this location if possible.

i’m not sure what kind of Subway doesn’t have Cucumber ? my 6inch sub was more like 4 and when mentioned they said “no your wrong” they had a poor attitude and when told my total i paid cash, in which she inspected both my bill and my toonie. she asked me if i had a different bill in which i gave her a different one in which she also inspected. not exactly “happy workers” as they both seemed quite annoyed my sister and i paid separately
