I am mostly writing this review on the staff that was working. I came in after a long day at the hospital. When I was there I felt very dizzy and needed to sit. The staff helped me by bringing over my food and grabbing me water. A staff member sat by me while I ate incase I needed something (or for my own safety). They were very kind to me and I feel grateful for them. Thank you.

Spent about 50$ on three subs I guess they can’t help the price but my meatballer was grilled with the paper on it so when I got home it completely fell apart and had paper stuck to the entire length of the bread. I could see the employee picking at it but didn’t do anything. Absolutely unable to eat my sub. Extremely

There was no napkins. When I asked for tray they said they didn’t have that.Diet Coke ( fountain coke) was just water without any taste.When I pointed them they tried to repair the machine. Overall service was bad.

Worst CX service experiance there was a phillipine(???) lady she does not know who to talk with
there is a lady working here called jam that amazingly offers the worst customer service EVER she only put sauce on 3/4 of the sandwich the sauce is dripping from one side but the other side is dry. she makes you beg for the veggies also my sandwich was not cut properly the bun is ripping apart. don’t ever get a sandwich if she is working.

This is the only subway I’ve ever been to where they try and nickel and dime you with the toppings and sauces. Then after asked me to give them a tip and to leave a good review, very unprofessional and imma do the opposite because I was badly turned off this location. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I’ll walk a little extra on campus to get to this Subway instead of the one at Mac Hall. It’s quite a bit better and you can tell that they put more effort into making the sub better (better portions, fresher ingredients). The sub comes out a bit toastier too compared to other locations. I’ve been to subways all over the place my entire life and this one sticks out.
