Very poor experience at the Panorama Hills Subway. I ordered a sandwich for dine-in, but when I took a bite, the bread was soggy and seemed undercooked. I politely mentioned this to the staff, expecting a replacement or at least some solution. Instead, the employee refused to replace the sandwich and offered me a bowl so I could remove the salad and eat it separately — which was honestly shocking. I've never experienced such poor customer service at any Subway before. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Found a bug in my food after eating half of it. 🤢so disgusting never expected this. Even after chatting with the customer service the only reply i got was an apology email 🙄
Service was crazy slow, waited 15 minutes as they were giving preference to skip orders. What about customers who are waiting in line?? Avoid coming here unless you can spare 30 minutes for a simple order.

I avoid this subway because it's dirty and they haphazardly slap together your sub and it's always gross. When I order delivery through the app though I have no choice but to get it from them. They didn't follow any of my instructions. I wanted half toasted half not. I'm not going to be ordering even delivery from them. Northpointe subway and Evanston subway are both fantastic go there for a proper sandwich.
