I ordered 2 footlongs online from the subway app and as when I went to pick up my order it was not done because it had few more minutes but the person named rizza making my order put pickles on it when i specifically asked for no pickles. She then started arguing back saying it said pickles on the list when it didn’t. Then when she wrapped the subways she forgot to put other ingredients and knowing she messed both the orders she continued to give them with no accountability. Once we opened our sandwiches we discovered the wrong sauces and veggies in them so we went back asking for her to fix it. She then took our sandwiches and smashed it into the garbage bin leaving crumbs on our cookies and plate and all over the counter even infront of other customers. When making our new sandwiches she said they have no tomatoes or pickles but it mentioned on the app it had all the veggies, along with only having limited chip options and having more and different chips in their store. She ignored us and showed so much attitude leaving us feeling horrible and never wanting to return to this subway again. She told us to move away as another customer had to pay for their order even though we were standing there first. She showed very unprofessional behaviour and didn’t even apologize afterwards. I’m very disappointed in this subways customer service and how they treat their customers. I do not recommend coming to this subway unless you want to feel disrespected.

Today ( 17/04/2024). We 3 guys ate veggie patty subway at td square and we all fell ill. Suddenly after eating we felt burning in our chest and throat. It was really bad experience at subway. May be the patty wasn’t fresh. But the thing is that we mostly eat subway from them and it’s always amazing but today our experience was not good at all .

Good subway location right in the food court area by the 4 floor. Usually not too busy but during rush hours you will have to wait for your order.

Always ask for a receipt or know what your bill should be. If you don't, they'll rip you off, especially when it's busy lunch hour. Everyone in line were on their phones and not paying attention. I was guilty of this as well. I was charged for a more expensive sub, when I got a classic ham. Luckily I always ask for receipt and noticed when i was halfway through my lunch. Annoyed!How do you mischarge? You put my meat on and built my sandwich from scratch. You knew exactly what it was.Will never come to this location again

Horrible, their veggies aren't even fresh and the employees don't wash their hands. One of their employees started scratching their butt while creating my pizza sub. Very disappointed I would rather go to the Quiznos next door or even the A&W. Poorly run business for sure.
