Definitely the worst damn subway in all of Calgary. The lady is touching the raw bread dough when she grabs the bread I wanted to start making my sandwich. No change of gloves nothing. Cross contamination at its finest. Then grabs bacon with their hands and starts dealing with my sub! Absolutely unacceptable

Your staff is being very rude at this location they would rather chat in the back with each other and when a customer comes up to the counter they get annoyed and slam things on the counter and just have a bad attitude they would rather be in the back socializing then doing work why hire people who don’t want to work

If I could give a negative Star review I would. I put my order in and watched the sandwich "artist" use the bottom of the chicken container. 1st the chicken looked very unappetizing, and 2nd I had only gotten not even a full "scoop" of chicken for a footlong sandwich. I would not recommend going here at all

I've attempted more than once to grab a good fresh lunch from this location and failed each time. Between the poor service and old, hard buns, I'm done. Disappointed they are not interested in good service and fresh food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

ordered a sweet chicken sub and not enough meat (only half or less) compared to other subway restaurants.
Definitely not going to this location again. If you eat GF, the buns are in the back frozen, so you're standing in line waiting for the bun to get heated up, letting others go in front of you so you're not holding them back. If you get it toasted, the ends of the buns go hard. Not exactly appetizing. I also didn't notice the sandwich makers changing their gloves. I'm thankfully not super sensitive to gluten, but if I was, I would have ended up asking them to remake my sandwich to avoid cross-contamination.At check-out time, they don't ask if you're eating at the food court or not. If you're not eating in the food court, they hand you a bag and make you pack everything up yourself...also holding up the people behind you waiting to pay.If you're in the mood for Subway, walk an extra few minutes and go to the location in the mall. Much better customer service and much more friendlier.

Subway at Bankers Hall is the worst Subway in Downtown Calgary. For serving more than 20 customers they did not even change their gloves. They were cross-contaminated veggies with meats. When we asked to change the gloves, she made face and gossiped with fellow worker. Most subways have veggies and a meat section separately, but not at this location. They will not ask which veggies we want on our sub. They will just look at you. They will put in as little veggies as possible. Would never go there again.
