Worst service I’ve felt all year they wouldn’t let me use the washroom claiming it’s out of service but they refuse to put a sign up. This is the worst subway I’ve been to in a long time and i will not be coming back until they change the employees they’re constantly on the phone and don’t care

There food at subway usually doesn’t disappoint And if it did, the people clearly don’t care. But I’m just annoyed that at this subway, the worker that is willing currently at 8:52pm on May 19th serving me is wearing an AirPod and taking on the phone to someone while making my sub. It’s super unprofessional and rude. If you have a call to make, get someone else to make the food or wait until your customer is gone. So not impressed.

The door to get into this location is very handicap unfriendly! It's super heavy friends! I walked with my cane that day instead of my walker and could just barely get in. The server just stood there in the empty store and watched me struggle while she was doing nothing anyways. If I had been using my walker, I wouldn't have gotten in at all. The food was good though if you can get in. Although the server had to pick through badly wilting tomatoes in the bin, ick!!! Everything else looked good.

I've order from the app for pick up at this location 2x now. Both times I requested extra veggies and I get less veg it seems almost. Why ask if I want "more" veg when you give me less anyways? It's very disappointing. There is MAYBE 4 pieces of spinach!

Ordered for the first time from this location using the same order I do at other locations. They were quick, which was nice. I asked for ‘more pepper’ because most places do 2-3 shakes so by asking for more, it’s just a normal amount of pepper. My sandwich was almost inedible because it tasted like the lid fell off the pepper and it dumped on my sandwich. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. The tomatoes were also scarce and old. Perhaps it’s best to order in person at this location to be sure they can follow the instructions and then you can see if the veggies are fresh.
