I have dined here on several occasions, and unfortunately, a couple of times I experienced stomach discomfort and symptoms indicative of food poisoning. This has led to significant concerns regarding food safety at this establishment. I do have a positive relationship with the server and they try to serve their Customers very humbly but I am sure owner is not at all concerned with the hygiene and staff training.

Subway came through BIG for our event catering. We ordered lunch platters and they crafted everything super neatly and labelled it all perfectly; no guessing games at all. They kept veg and non-veg completely separate, changed gloves every time (mad respect for that hygiene), and even delivered everything separated properly to avoid any cross-contamination.
They hooked us up with all the sauces and mayo in great quantities and helped us customize the platters exactly how we wanted. Manager Purvi Ben and the whole team were absolute lifesavers. They really saved our day and made the whole thing smooth and stress-free. Huge shoutout to them!

Very bad service and very rude staff. I’m a regular customer and usually eat salad here, but the new employee clearly needs training. He didn’t let me use the washroom, even though customers should be allowed. Very disappointed—I won’t be coming back.

I came to this Subway around 5:00 am and was told I couldn’t sit inside. When I asked for the washroom key to wash my hands, they said the water pipe was closed. Very disappointing as a regular customer—I left and it ruined my morning.

We customized it together and his suggestions took it to the next level🤌 Rotisserie Chicken, pepperoni, marinara sauce, jalapenos, onion, spinach, tomato, Southwest and garlic aioli Half was supposed to be my lunch tomorrow, nope! I'll get the cookies next time bro 😂

Yash is an outstanding Subway Artist! I've been eating at Subway for years, and I've never been this impressed. Thanks to Yash, the sandwiches taste and look better! His attention to detail and creativity really makes a difference. On top of that, he's incredibly friendly!

Do not eat here!!! I went into the store last night and there were thousands of bugs flying around the lights and by the food. It is so disgusting that there’s bugs inside of the sandwich that you’re eating. I saw that there were numerous bug lights, constantly zapping insects, but there was way more everywhere. I’m seriously considering notifying Alberta health inspections on this place.
