I recently visited the Subway restaurant located at 711 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.
Not only did they prepare my sandwich to perfection, but they also provided a lovely free carry-away bag that made my meal feel extra special. To top it all off, I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary cookies! 🍪
This location has quickly become my favorite Subway, and I can’t wait to return for more delicious meals. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and even better service!

The staff here are professional and safety conscious by wearing masks and gloves. They know my order as soon as they see my name. My family also appreciates the consistency and freshness of the vegetables here.

These guys might be the best subway in the city, super nice staff and always make a great sub. The gentleman with the red hair has been here for a while and does a great job every time. There's something about seeing a familiar face that really impacts my experience.

I came in super late, like twenty minutes before they close, and still I got great food and exceptional service from Jawad. He was polite and made my sandwich with a smile on his face and a welcoming attitude, great subway!

I went in for the Turkey Sandwich promotion I had seen advertised, but when I couldn't load the offer on my subway app, they honored it regardless (I later found out this location was not even participating in that particular promotion) This was an upstanding way to treat a customer, above and beyond.

Unfortunately I ended up getting food poisoning from eating the Cuban Crunch footlong. As much as I like Subway as a restaurant in general I am feeling really sick exactly 8 hours after eating and won't go back to this location anymore.
