I've decided to update my review with additional information now that I've visited this location multiple times, and ordered delivery as well.I gave the food a 4. It's Subway, ingredients are usually on the fresh side, occasionally the bread is dry, but it's a fast food service. It's good for what it is!I also gave atmosphere a 4. It's usually tidy inside, sometimes the floors could use another sweep and mop, but it's quiet and has the typical Subway look. The lights aren't too bright, which is nice.For service, I gave a 3 because the service that I've received over time, having been there 15+ times, varies massively depending on who's working. There are days I'd give it a 1, and days I'd give it a 5. It's an even split that the service received is good/mediocre/bad. I've had exceptional service and amazing experiences, and I've also had combative and rude service as well. I'd say the majority of the time the service is quick, and more often than not either neutral to pleasant.Pricing is fair, staff is usually just fine, taste is on par with most Subway locations, there's just.. still a chance that you'll have a staff member treat you poorly or be disagreeable.Overall, it's a 4/5 for me, as most experiences have been neither exceptional nor bad, but leaning towards the more positive side of the spectrum.Vegetarian options: There are multiple veggie sub, salad, and wrap options that cater to vegetarian diets.Dietary restrictions: This location is capable of adhering to most dietary restrictions - simply make sure to inform staff of your needs prior to beginning an order and they can often accommodate.

Depending on who is working at the time you are ordering, you can receive a totally different service. Managers should work more on training staff.

When someone order vegetarian please make it vegetarian don’t mix it up by using same gloves knives etc to make both.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but person working that time used same gloves to make my veggie sub that he used for first person before me who got it with meatballs.It seems like no point of getting it vegetarian when everything is mixed up was not able to eat it realizing that.

The moment I walked in to pick up my mobile order I noticed the roof had multiple leaks and looked like it was ready to collapse. I was nervous just being in the store. They had no fountain pop and even when we asked for extra items we didn't get them (such as extra peppers) and they didn't even have the chips I ordered. Biggest concern overall was the building and the leak. I'm not even sure if water got on my food. To top it off I felt so sick a few hours after eating. Something has to be done in order for me to return

My mom got scammed at this Subway tonight.She had a $9.49 coupon on their new avacado style footlong subs and the expiry date was good until today.What they actually did was not accept it; than take her coupon and charged her for the smashed steak and avocado footlong. The disgusting part was it was for me and she was dropping it to due to me having a broken ankle. They charged her full price for a coupon that was valid and I didn’t even receive the avocado in the sub.I grew up in mayland heights community and the owner is very cheap and likes to make every dollar he can.There is a much better subway I go to by Joey tomatoes and the shaw building that usually lets me keep the coupon and provide excellent customer service.We have had many bad experiences here and I told her years ago to stay far away from this subway. 6 blocks away there is a much better run subway franchise.Avoid this location at all costs. They treat you like a used car dealership. I’m pretty sure they charged the coupon and kept the money as they took the coupon from her.Would give 0 stars if I could.
