Hamman is very rude and bad customer service. She was pushing me not to order just because she doesn't want to work. She said to me clearly that it's too late already to order. So bad really.
Why is your employees talking on their cellphone when there supposed to be working they are on their speakerphone as I speak sitting in your restaurant why is that acceptable for your employees to do that

Only ever one person working even when its really busy and they are always out of ingredients even first thing in the morning. Very unprofessional the owner obviously doesn't know what they are doing here. Get a new one.

Employee dragged my sandwich across the countertop right up to the register before it was wrapped. Disgusting - will not return.
Never listens to food requests when ordering online. I have even called them to ask for something to be done specific and they never listen.
I visited a Subway location with a coupon in hand and patiently waited in line. When it was our turn, I presented the coupon and specified our sandwich choices, only to be informed that this franchise does not accept Subway coupons. After leaving, I researched the matter and discovered that all Subway franchises are required to honor these coupons. This experience left me quite dissatisfied with this particular franchise.

This subway is nearly renovated by the looks of it. There was only one staff member so things were a tad slower, but she was so pleasant and took extra care with my sandwich. It wasn’t messy or overstaffed or underfilled.

I had made an online order, the Subway app says that this location should close at 11pm. I placed my order at 10pm, I made my way to the store and the door was locked and open sign was turned off. I called the store and they said they were closed and had to cancel my order. The employees here do not follow the business hours, they decide to close more than an hour early. This was also happening before the recent renovation, the store hours were until 10pm but employees were deciding to finish up at 9pm. This is very frustrating as a customer. Please have your employees follow the business hours or change the business hours to the correct closing times. Also when ordering here I feel they are stingy when you ask for extra sauce and what not. Another thing I must add is that this location needs to be ensuring all the ingredients are fresh, I do notice that some lettuce and tomatoes are starting to brown but still get used on the sandwiches. Lastly I must add that some employees using airpods or earphones when working, EXTREMELY unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE in the work place. I do know that the male worker here is very helpful and polite, he gives great customer service, aswell as the filipina lady delivers great customer service. But the other workers I have noticed do not even smile when taking orders. Please monitor your workers more carefully Subway, if necessary I would suggest doing more training. Thank you.
Worst experince bread not soft, hard to chew . Veggies not fresh . This is not first time.
Second time to visit this location and done with them now. First time the bun was so old and crusty it fell apart. After a chat with the owner he said he hoped I would give them a second chance. Today as I was passing I decided it had been a year and maybe things would be different. Ordered a BLT after asking if they still made them and was told yes it was still available. Got home, took a bite and discovered they had not put any tomatoe in it so paid $11 for a B & L footlong. Should not have had to tell them to put in a main item and maybe if the two workers had done less chat (with each other also rudely other than English...this is Canada after all)!! Not worth the gas to go back
