I came in for lunch and there was one employee working. Two of the people ahead of me were rude and arrogant but I was able to have a nice conversation with the employer. She was very kind.

Dietary restrictions: There's a QR code that you can scan for dietary or allergy restrictions.

Kid-friendliness: The employees are very kind, there's booths for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door to come in is very wide and the seats are manageable.

Bad customer handling, whenever I go there bad service from the workers.
Because of templewood subway workers I hate the restaurants of subway

Not only do employees skimp out on meat and veggies for the subs, they also don’t take coupons (but ofc they don’t tell you this until the end). The employees did give the people behind us (who spoke Hindi to them) extra meat and veggies. So only go if you speak Hindi, I guess ?‍♀️ Everyone else may not be treated as well

They don't honor mail in coupons. Every other subway I have been to does. I've come here many times before. I won't be back.

Bought a tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, green peppers, banana peppers and olives. The sub was so flat. It's like they put a leaf of lettuce and barely scrape the tuna on there. What a disappointment.

I don't like this location because they don't give you much toppings compared to other locations. My subs from here are always flat and not filling even though prices have increased. There are other locations that do better.

I don't usually review but this type of stuff grinds my gears I went in to order but I took a seat to figure something out out on my phone then went back to ups to ask a question then I walked back into subway to order but stopped inside to look at my phone and the lady working in a very rude tone said are you going to order something? I don't look like a homeless person nor should anyone be talked to like that so I decided to go to another subway.
