Basically walked in and walked out. I showed up 45 minutes before close and the woman working was doing her pre closing duties - rolled her eyes at me when I walked in. Then I had a stare down with her until she acknowledged me and asked what I wanted. Anything I wanted, she couldn't do - clearly just didn't want to serve me. Sounds like the same woman that's mentioned in multiple bad reviews. I've also ordered doordash from this location when I was sick and it was absolutely horrible. No pride or care at all.

We came in at 10:37, as it’s open until 11. We asked for 2 subs, which really isn’t that difficult. We both got basic subs. The girl rolled her eyes when my boyfriend asked to order his sub and said “oh my god, you know we are about to close?” And he said he didn’t have to get a sub and that it was ok. And she said it was fine but was extremely irritated with us.
If your staff don’t want to stay late, I understand, but this behaviour was not acceptable at all.

Always a mixed experience at this location. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it seems like you're interrupting the staff trying to study, my last visit the woman working was too busy making online orders she never bothered to acknowledge me. I was the only person other than her there. It was apparently too much to say say hi and that she would be a while with pickup orders. Instead I stood there awkwardly for 5-10 minutes, then left.

Amazing subway .. the girl and the guy working there are very professional when it comes to making the sub moreover they are very kind and helpful .. I would 10/10 recommend this place

If I could choose 0 stars I would because the owner has hired all internationals who clearly don't wanna work here because every time you walk in it pisses them off that a customer just came and now they gotta work which they probably get paid for I came here last time in the summer of 2023 and I came today because we needed to get food and thought let's give it another try maybe things changed here by now (2025 January) I walked in and the girl walked out started wearing gloves without any greeting or anything with an annoyed face until I said anything she didn't talk to me awkwardly stood there looking down waiting for me to start ordering I was like whatever it's ok then my partner also noticed later she was like that's everything and left the sub on the cash without anything and didn't ask for a bag neither just the wrapped sub sitting there If the owner is reading this you should start looking for staff that's actually willing to work because clearly you're not working hard enough to see who genuinely wants work vs students just working to get their PRs after LMIA or whatever
I'll never come back here ever again if you need a sub there's a sub in Westbrook mall who are genuinely great customer service

Lady working today around 2pm was so lazy, rude and didn't even listen. Gave me the wrong cheese, wrong toppings, wrong every thing and then tried to skip the subway rewards part. Food was not good. Cookies were old burnt and hard as a rock. Avoid this location. Id understand if they were busy but there was 1 person getting 2 sandwiches and then myself in the store.

Showed up at 8:50pm, closes at 9:00pm. Someone was in there and shoed me away. Other reviews look the same way, unwelcoming. This was July 21, 2024, we were starving, hence why we even attempted food here, disappointing.

What is going on with location lately? More importantly, where is the owner/operator, and why do all of these terrible experiences remain unaddressed? This location has noticeably gone downhill in all aspects over the last while. The quality of service has especially fallen off, the product quality has worsened (compared to the westbrook location), staff seem to lack training (and a few of them common sense). Quite frankly the cost of everything has gone up too much for this level of apathy from management and employees to be anywhere near acceptable. It’s time for y’all to figure it out, and fast.

I’ve been to this location a few times. The guy that works there primarily nights is great. The two ladies on the day shift are horrendous. You constantly have to ask for more ingredients, they act like it’s coming out of their own pockets. Today I got 3 onions on only half of my footlong sub and 4 pickles and that’s the usual if you get those two workers. Hire better staff
