I placed an order via the app for delivery at 5:08pm with an estimated delivery time of 5:42pm. It wasn’t delivered until 6:13pm. I’m 12 blocks away from this location. I requested a refund or the food remade and I’d pick it up myself from the restaurant and they were unwilling to refund the order and wouldn’t remake it unless I paid for it. Since it was ordered via the app, there was no way to directly contact DoorDash who they use to deliver for a refund. Poor service from the manager that they called. As a loyal and frequent customer, I won’t be back to support this location/owner and will go out of my way to avoid it.

The 1 star review lady that complained she wasn't helped is delusional. I was here for this experience and my gf and I KNEW she would write a review. She oozed that type of personality. She wasn't there for more than 20 seconds and was on her phone, the employees were likely waiting for her to be ready but she was nose deep in IG and clearly has iPad baby brain. Major Karen vibes and wouldn't be surprised if that's what her actual name was.

I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one offered to take my order. I could see two employees in the back, one on her phone. She didn’t acknowledge me until I started leaving. I ended up going somewhere else to eat.

This was honestly the first time I’ve ever had a Subway sandwich that didn’t fall apart into a pile of dry bread after one bite. It was actually really good. The meat even stood out and had way more flavour than what I’ve had at other Subway locations. I’m kind of in awe. Like, this sub has officially set the bar. Every time I go to another Subway now, I just know I’ll be comparing it to this one… and probably be disappointed when the bread crumbles and the whole thing is just meh as usual I should’ve taken a photo before this almost fully eaten sandwich…but it was just too legit to quit

Bryan is awesome! No other things to add. We went back the next day hoping he was working again. He wasn't but he was the reason we were in your store twice in two days.

I thought I did a review for this location years ago, but I guess not (or deleted it since the service improved). It's right next to my gym in Marda Loop so have been frequenting it for over 10 years. At one point it was pretty standard but they have upped their game.
In all honesty at this moment in time, probably the best Subway location in the city. They have long term staff and an actual team in place. Two particular gentlemen, I've seen working there for well over a year. Plus, they never skimp out with topping and the sandwiches are always good and fresh.

DO NOT GO HERE - The lady who works in the mornings is so unpleasant to deal with. Purposely pretends not to hear you. When I asked for the price for 6 cookies, she goes “half a dozen”, so I said “yes, 6 cookies” and she said she didn’t know. Under my breath I said “this is weird” and then she said “five something”. She also didn’t hear me or remember the bread, cheese, and sauces for my subs. It took everything in me not walk out and leave the subs behind.
Do yourself a favour and go to the Subway on Richmond and 37 Street SW or the one on 17 Ave and 8 street SW. Pleasant staff who don’t play games with their customers.

Disappointed more and more every time I come to subway. They get significantly smaller and smaller. They hardly put anything in the sandwich anymore, they are so skimpy. Just get a Vietnamese Sub or make your own sandwich. Subway it’s worth the $13 for bread and half a piece of meat..
