I placed an online order for two subs the beginning of June 2024. I paid for double meat on both subs and recieved a normal sub. When I contacted customer service they must have forwarded the complaint to the owner in which he emailed me. Mike Manwill claimed that they would send me a coupon to compensate the loss. I didn't receive any coupon in the mail. I followed up with the owner and I didn't receive a reply. This is extremely hurtful and frustrating!

I went in today to get a pizza subway which I have for the last 10 years (area I live in). The lady started to dress my sub and I let her know it doesn’t seem right how much meat she is putting on it. I asked if that was there new standard which she said “no sometimes we put more”. I was confused on sometimes we put more, there should be a standard every time for the price of these now. Then I asked if she could put the correct amount and which she continued to dress my sub. I left right then and there. The amount you pay for a sub no with less product on the sub is terrible business. I will not be back to this store again.

I recently visited the Subway located in Marda loop at 33 avenue and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to get my order just right. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was perfectly assembled. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quick service despite it being lunchtime. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious subs. Highly recommend!

The Subway at this location is my go-to for all Subway orders. The guy named Manpreet always sets me up good at the counter. Everyone at that location is very friendly and helps assist everyone. Great location, would recommend to everyone.

Ordered two footlongs on the app for pickup. One was a Subway series sandwich and I specified in instructions to put all the standard recipe ingredients on the sub. The other footlong was the Pizza Melt, in the instructions I specified cheese, onion and lettuce. When I got home and opened the bag neither sub had any vegetables nor cheese on it. Will not come back to this location ever again. Basic reading comprehension seems to be hard for employees that work here, or they simply don't care.
Came in around 2 pm, an Indian girl prepared my order. First time in my life somebody added the patty after putting in all the veggies. I even told her not to do so but she still did. My sandwich was super dry on one side and drenched on the other. I dont understand if you dont know how to make it, atleast follow the instructions which shouldn't be very hard.No smile, No hello, I guess she wants a raise but not like this hun.
