We ordered three footlong sandwiches to go and asked the employee to place stickers on the wrapped sandwiches so they would stay closed. This is a standard and reasonable request, as these stickers are normally provided for this purpose.

The employee responded rudely, stating, “If you are not happy, go make your own sandwich.” When I asked her to apologize, she denied saying this. The interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I then asked for her name so I could properly report the incident, but she refused to provide it and was not wearing a name tag. This made it impossible to identify the employee involved.

I understand that employees may experience busy or stressful shifts; however, customers should still be treated with basic respect. This situation could have been handled politely and professionally.

I am sharing this feedback so the matter can be addressed through appropriate staff training or management follow-up.

Went in today for my break the lady who served me was not listening to probably I eventually had to keep correcting her and kept messing up my order and she was getting mad at me like lady I didn’t screw up the order..she then went ahead and served someone else well she was in the middle of my order though I was there first ? It was not a great experience she’s the only worker there I have issues with not the first time I have dealt with her !

Poor quality, poor service, subpar sandwich. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich, toasted, but it was removed from the oven before it was warmed up, much before it was toasted, to serve the next customers in line. Preparing meat to the next customer then grabbing to continue working on my cold veggie sandwich. Spread a little vegetable sparingly and unevenly, the ends where two spinach live on both sided. Little sauce and done. The sendvich was cold and flat and hard to swallow. I had to add my own vegetable and sauce to be palatable. Even now two hours later it feels like heavy rock in my stomach. All this for $14+.

I placed an order via the app for delivery at 5:08pm with an estimated delivery time of 5:42pm. It wasn’t delivered until 6:13pm. I’m 12 blocks away from this location. I requested a refund or the food remade and I’d pick it up myself from the restaurant and they were unwilling to refund the order and wouldn’t remake it unless I paid for it. Since it was ordered via the app, there was no way to directly contact DoorDash who they use to deliver for a refund. Poor service from the manager that they called. As a loyal and frequent customer, I won’t be back to support this location/owner and will go out of my way to avoid it.

The 1 star review lady that complained she wasn't helped is delusional. I was here for this experience and my gf and I KNEW she would write a review. She oozed that type of personality. She wasn't there for more than 20 seconds and was on her phone, the employees were likely waiting for her to be ready but she was nose deep in IG and clearly has iPad baby brain. Major Karen vibes and wouldn't be surprised if that's what her actual name was.

I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one offered to take my order. I could see two employees in the back, one on her phone. She didn’t acknowledge me until I started leaving. I ended up going somewhere else to eat.

This was honestly the first time I’ve ever had a Subway sandwich that didn’t fall apart into a pile of dry bread after one bite. It was actually really good. The meat even stood out and had way more flavour than what I’ve had at other Subway locations. I’m kind of in awe. Like, this sub has officially set the bar. Every time I go to another Subway now, I just know I’ll be comparing it to this one… and probably be disappointed when the bread crumbles and the whole thing is just meh as usual
I should’ve taken a photo before this almost fully eaten sandwich…but it was just too legit to quit

He was so kind and patient with the kids as they ordered.

Bryan is awesome! No other things to add. We went back the next day hoping he was working again. He wasn't but he was the reason we were in your store twice in two days.
