Be warned: if you order a specialty craft sub online, you have to order all of your toppings or you get no toppings, no sauce, just the meat.The description tells you what a Supremo Sub is, but you wont get the ingredients unless you actually pick them all yourself.Very frustrating and disappointing.

Went in and the place was a mess. There was a lady holding a toddler behind the counter (apparently she's the owner too). I was told to wait, idk what i was waiting for as I gave up and left after a few minutes even though there were no other customers. Seems food safety and customer service is no priority at this location.I will not be back.

Tye is very friendly and he greets me when I walk in.
Tye make very good sub. I asked a lots of questions because I have food allergies and he was very patient to answer my questions. He made sure he changed gloves and use clean knives. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness.

This the worst Subway I have ever used. The service is slow; they are not customer friendly and completely unhelpful. I wanted to support the store in my community. Today was the third strike. We will be using the store at crowfoot from now on. So sad.

I love this subway, been consistent for over 10 years!
It is an average Subway, tucked in the corner of the Strip mall for the neighborhood. Parking directly in front can be difficult as there are only two spots because every other store has reserved parking too.When entering, it is similar to many other Subways. The man making my salad was friendly enough. He made my salad diligently. ?Today it was a bit chilly so I was a bit disappointed that they did not have any soups made. I enjoy a good hot soup ? on a cold day.I thought it was interesting that they put fried onions on the salad. It gives a good crunch to the salad.
Parking: Every shop in the mall has reserved parking so it can be difficult to find a close parking spot.

This is the first time I buy rice bowl here, the staff is lazy and unprofessional. She sell me frozen rice without toast it. She didn't mention anything about the toast option for rice bowl. I end up buying frozen rice and cold beef.I bought the rice bowl around 8:00pm 2023/10/19 at this store. I hope this review can help subway find out the staff who give out poor service. I personally like subway product. I also meet professional staff who guide me with their heart there. Personally I dont hate subway product or the atmosphere here. This 1 star rating is all about the female staff who sell me "Frozen Rice" and "Cold Beef" around 8:00pm 2023/10/19 at this store.Would like to come again if I dont meet this kind of unprofessional staff.

I am not recommending this store, Staff was an unprofessional girl, she was on her phone when I went to the store and took the time to get rid of the phone. After that she touch her face and scarf with the gloves that was worn for my food even her scarf tail went to my sandwich and when I told her, she was so upset on me. Fruit flies were too much and everywhere. She didn’t put enough steak in my sandwiches because I had a coupon and when I ask to make enough steak she said if you want more you have to pay for it. That was so rude. I gave up of taking sandwiches and went to crowfoot store. They were good.
