I as the only customer at the time. The girl violated 2 health codes while making my sub 1) she used a dirty container to heat up the steak ( cross contamination) 2) she used dirty knife while making my sub. She took zero pride in what she was doing slap happily squirted sauce on sub made a mess on sub and counter top
I will not go back there or order online again.

They open at 8am. Came in around 8:05. The women working told me to wait outside for 5 mins while she sets up. When she finally said i could come in 10 mins later. I asked for my sub toasted, and she made me wait another 10 mins for the toaster to heat up. If you open at 8am, you should have everything ready at 8am, it should not take me 25 mins to get a sub.

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and lately almost 3-4 times a week and this is by far the best subway around, Anu is usually the one helping me (though all their staff is wonderful) and she never fails to make me the BEST sandwich and delivers it with a smile - my favourite place to grab lunch on the go.
How does getting 12 cookies take 5 mins. Cashier tried charging me 12 dollars for 12 cookies and then when I complained she doubted me. Then when I gave her 7 dollars in cash and told her I would pay the rest in cash, she put in 7 in the reader. Should have gone somewhere else.

North West Box Breaks
Ordered Egg on flatbread. Person disappears. The other person tried to help but tries to put the flat bread in the toaster oven with nothing on it. The other one comes back tells her no and says they have no eggs. So I change up to rotisserie chicken sandwich. The chicken is in a brine. She didn’t drain it off very well. The sandwich was basically bread paste. Disgusting but I was hungry, so I just ate it. Won’t be back

Awesome service. The staff is very quick and professional. Always go there around midnight because of late work. Never had any bad experience with food quality. Freshly cut veggies and bread are also soft all the time. Keep up the good work, guys!!
