The poor lady working by herself at lunch was completely overwhelmed by skip orders plus the people in the lobby. The owner of this store needs to staff his restaurant better especially at peak times. The food was fine and the lady working was very nice but she was left in a bad spot by the owner.

Highly recommended the Subway in Seton. The restaurant is always spotless, and the attention to detail is impressive. I very often visit this place and the staff is incredibly friendly especially Bryan who took my order few days ago, he goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He takes great pride in his work and really give those positive vibe feels.

I visited the store around 7 pm on Sep 24 at Seton location. I asked for 6 inch Tuna Sandwich. Staff started to prepare the food using same hand gloves he just touched all meat. I asked him to change the gloves, he did. Please train all staff to make sure to change hand gloves to eliminate cross contamination. This is extremely important. Staff was a male who served. There was a female at the register.
Tuna was little soggy.

This Subway location is open 24 hours and it’s actually open, I’ve gone there late nights from 2am to 4am and it’s never been closed or door locked. The gentleman that works nights is amazing always polite helpful and quick always a smile on his face even when I know he’s busy and from what I can tell he works almost every night , I’m sure he doesn’t but I’ve never gone in and he isn’t there. I’ve only had my order wrong once and it was kind of 50/50 my fault and his . But he happily fixed it . I work late nights and having someone just be nice and helpful is worth writing this review. Especially after a bad experience when I chose another late night fast food restaurant twice and both times they were horrible. I appreciate your service sir and anyone out late drop in and tip well he deserves it. Thanks again sir
