VERY cheap on the meat. I have had to ask TWICE to add more meat. Very disappointing.

they handed my sandwich squished and falling apart, without the inner white paper so the entire thing was dripping, and the whole thing fell apart when I picked it up, staff didn’t seem super well trained…

The worker Jam is extremely rude to the customers and her co workers. She’s always side eyeing them and speaking to customers in a rude tone and she’s never smiling

Asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread, got white bread in my sub instead. It was the second time it happened. Subway at the university is a waste of money.

The worst experience ever. Staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, mean and ridiculous. There was a Filipino lady (short and plus sized - no glasses) who was extremely rude and mean to me. Never coming back to this subway ever. They deserve negative five stars.

Very unprofessional and poor service. The girl behind the counter was too busy chatting with her colleague. Had to repeat myself several times to get her attention.

They are so damn stingy about the toppings, not just the meat, even the veggies. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and for paying $16 dollars for the sub I couldn’t even get veggies to the end of the sub, there was at least 1/2 an inch on each side that was just bread, I even asked the server for more toppings. Overall, if you’re going here make sure you’re aggressive enough to not pay unless they actually give you a reasonable sub.

23$ for a foot long sub meal? Insane! Go to Bake Chef instead.

Worst ever experience I've had in my life. They said they don't have enough sauces. It's like i wasted my 30$ for nothing.

Placed at wrong location and called within less than 30 seconds they said it was already made and could not cancel. I arrived and it still was not made and it was sandwich was put together poorly with excessive sauce.

Cucumbers are either moldy or covered in old mayo. Either way it's disgusting. Beware. When I told the staff they just grabbed cucumbers from the opposite side of the container. I threw this sandwich out immediately afterwards.

Came in to grab a quick lunch and the man working there ignored me for at least 2 minutes even though I tried to get his attention. He didn’t listen to me when i was customizing my sandwich. There was a fly going in and out of the veggie and knife containers. He then used a knife that the fly landled on to cut my sandwich after using a paper towel to wipe of the sauces that were still on it from the last order. Finally when the fly was on the counter he slid the sandwich towards the fly to wrap it up and squished the actual :D out of my sandwich. Overall really bad experience I don’t want to come here again after that.

Extremely rude n useless staff they r in some hurry always n never pay attention to what's being asked....extremely bad staff specially the ladies

Making sandwiches without gloves more than once (close to the closing time), once even after just mopping the floor!!! (got reminded)But this week it still happened, and this bad hygiene habit caused me food poisoning!!! Very bad experience!!!!!!
