Live close by and have only eaten here once before. The ladies who worked there were so rude, I was taken aback. It's been over a year. We decided to get subs, and same thing. But what bothers me most about this place, is that the workers wear plastic gloves, but they don't change them! They put things in ovens, wipe things off with cloths, ring orders up on the till and come back to continue making your sub with the same gloves on. Yuck! Why bother wearing gloves? It's not keeping my food clean.

This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location for dinner and they’re out of bread. I find this completely unacceptable for a restaurant to be out of food at dinner time. I will not be going back to this location again. Don’t recommend going here at dinner hour.

I have gone to this subway multiple times usually around 6-7 pm and they are constantly out of Italian herbs and cheese and Italian bread when they close at 10pm. I don’t understand how a business can be run like this when they are running out of products several hours before closing. They also make there bread there during the day so it makes no sense that they run out unless the employees are too lazy to do that part of their job.

One star until they can change my mind on their customer service which was abysmal this evening. Walked in to an empty restaurant. One employee was filling up the lettuce container, looked right at me as I walk in, made eye contact and proceeded to look back down and continue with her task. I had to say hello to her to be acknowledged….what? That is a bit backwards. Please greet your customers. They are the reason you have a paycheck. And please put more than two cucumbers on my entire sandwich. I chuckled at the tip option upon paying, what would I even be tipping on? Zero customer service on an already $7 sandwich with barely any toppings.

Best subway to stop by if you are driving to Calgary from south. Nice location , friendly staff and best service.
Staff were nice, but fountain machine not working forces customers to pay way more for a combo. Sad. Overpriced. Gluten free ridiculously overpriced.

Been coming to this store for a year, 3-4 times a month. Applied coupon in app for buy foot long get two cookies free. Got to store and they wouldn't honor coupon for free cookies cause it didn't show up on order ticket. Tried to explain that app is garbage and that they should honor coupon but they still wouldn't. Only a couple of cookies but it's the principle of running a good franchise location which this one is not. Won't be coming back to this store ever again and will only use Subway now as last resort you lost a valued customer congratulations.
