Every single time I gave gone to this location, they have NEVER, EVER had cash, or enough change in the till. This is the third time I gave been turned away service for the company not having sufficient cash in their till. The excuse this time is that its too early in the day.. It's 12pm. Last 2 times I went was at 8 and other at dinner time. I would like some type of compensation for this type of service.

One of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I couldn't bite through the bread it was so stale after they toasted it, and they added a huge amount of sauce when I asked for a tiny amount. They also added Mustard when I specifically said no. Honestly, watching them put the sandwich together, with so little veggies and so much sauce, it looked as though they had never seen or eaten a good sandwich. I would not go back, and I live in Cranston.

Hands-down, the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I ordered a veggie sub foot-long with no cheese and when it got time for me to order the veggies, they put three tomatoes on a foot-long sub when I asked for more of the lady looked at me as if I was crazy same thing with onions, green peppers And cucumbers as well.

This is trash. When you have more bread than any of the fillings. If you're not going to run your business properly, don't run it at all... You make the name look bad. You should pay people to eat this pitiful excuse for service. You say you have a lettuce shortage, so what's your excuse for this?

Owner is abusing and threatening his staff. When I asked the staff WHY they are all still wearing masks? They said the owner is forcing them to continue wearing them even though all restrictions and mandates have been lifted for over 2 months. I find this abusive and inhumane.

Very expensive subway. I went to this one while I was in the area and got my regular sub. Was surprised when the cashier said over $2 more than the same item at my local subway. Buyer beware I guess. I will check other stores nearby next time and not assume all stores are the same price.
