You need to train your employees what is the meaning of mobile order. I placed an order 15 minutes ago because I didn't want to stand in the line and wait but still all the employees are still making other customers orders even after I told them its been long time I gotta go. Worse service in town??

Ordered a salad, cost $11, they gave me 3 slices of cucumber and 3 slices of tomato. The box was half full, I asked for more vegetables and they gave me another table spoon of lettuce. It was horrible value for money. I don’t usually do reviews but they need to increase their value

What a joke I asked for extra bacon…
I saw the initial sandwich come up in the till for $15.89, then $4 for extra bacon, then I guess the rest towards a bottle drink.
Never eating here again. That’s literally two meals at any other vendor in the mall.

I always get a steak and cheese and the worker always seems to mess up the mustard. A little bit on one side and a puddle on the other. Service isn't great workers are always slacking and one is in the back just standing there staring at a wall. Also seems a little dirty sometimes but I don't go here anymore so maybe some stuff is better, but I doubt it.

At the subway in Southcenter Mall, I had already gotten my food along with my son's at different places at the food court. There was a line at Subway and it was moving very slowly, so my wife decided to wait sitting with us until it had calmed down. When they got almost through the line my wife got in the back. She placed her order, everything went well, but when she didn't tip (at Subway, what?) The lady behind the counter loudly told her coworker that she did not tip him. My wife confronted her asking her what she just said and she pretended she didn't say anything, obviously backpeddling on her ridiculously entitled and unprofessional comment. Won't be going back to this location; how embarrassing to employ such a rude enployee
