I recently visited Subway and ordered a Veggie Patty Footlong. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bread was not fresh, which significantly affected the overall taste and quality of the sandwich.
Additionally, the advertised price for a Veggie Patty Footlong, including tax, is around $10.40. However, I was charged $13.10 without being informed of any additional charges. As I was in a hurry, I didn’t notice at the time, but checked later, I realized the discrepancy.
I strongly recommend that customers double-check their bills before leaving the store to ensure they are being charged correctly. Transparency in pricing and fresh ingredients should be a priority for a brand like Subway.
Honestly, dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge when serving and quality of food. The person making my sandwich did not have a clue what she was doing and made a very poor sandwich. She told me at first, I could not put bacon on my sandwich for extra, I had to tell her I do this all the time. I was a bit concerned as she had to go in the back to retrieve my bread and I asked for it not to be toasted but insisted that it be toasted because it will be hard if not??? As well, the tomatoes looked God awful and were pure mush. I had to tell her to put more condiments on my sandwich as she literally put a tiny circle of each right in the middle. My soup was not even filled to the top of the container and I basically got broth and barely any very overcooked noodles, no veggie in sight. Asked for crackers and got some but one pack was really stale. Fountain pop was not very fizzy and lastly the cookies were not gooey and delicious, they were hard. I don't like being negative and I do believe the employee was trying their best but overall, I was not happy. If you are looking for fresh like Subways portrays, this is not the right location. The food was definitely old.

How are we supposed to eat the salad if you don't cut the meat into bite size pieces. I got a cold cut salad delivered on uber eats and the meat slices were whole. Can you please get out of the lazy mode and make a proper salad.
Amazing costumer service, very friendly and I would definitely come back at night he was awesome

This is the best subway I've been to in 20 years. Hands down. Across Canada. I don't know his name but he was working Thursday Feb 13 around 930pm. I go out of my way on the way to work for this location. When I get a sub here the toppings are actually across the sub. Typical since doing away with the boat cut, you get stuck with meat on one half and veg on the other. Not here. Just a perfect sub. Location is clean and nice as well.

Yeah no i quite honestly really didn't like this place, mainly because the workers were incredibly rude, i asked for extra cooked bacon and got NONE, also got no lettuce. would not recommend chicken rancher, or chocolate chip cookie with m&ms.

Took one look at the veggies and walked out
The employees are welcoming, and they always do my complicated accommodations. The food is always impeccable. Even if they forget something, they always make up for it.

It's a subway, but the young person working in there was super fast, efficient, kind, experienced, in and out in a few minutes. Super impressive.

Busy with only one of three employees who knew what they were doing. They struggled to make sandwiches.
Bread and veggies were not fresh. Flies buzzing all over the food. Brutal.

Placed a mobile order for 6 sandwiches at 5:06 pm. Arrived at the restaurant a few minutes ahead of my 5:21 estimated pick-up time. Solo worker was serving a customer, then *started* my order. Paused my order with half of the sandwiches in the oven to serve another couple. Got a notification that my order was ready, despite it clearly not being ready. Couple received their order, then sandwich artist resumed my order (with half of my sandwiches already getting cold). It was 5:42 before I got out of the restaurant. Got home to discover that one of our sandwiches was made incorrectly.
This is not the first time we’ve had a negative experience with mobile ordering from this location.

No whole wheat bread, no ice, root beer broken and very brown lettuce. Then the nerve to prompt for a tip.
You’re better off to go to the other one in Acadia.
