Guy at the counter was kind and on top of things. Well done.

Very bad customer service .They make us wait for long time and give priority to online orders than store orders

In what world is a half inch thick slab of ham acceptable to put on a sandwich? I got this delivered to me so only saw it when I opened the sandwich.

I am beyond frustrated with Subway right now. My online order was automatically canceled for no reason, and trying to get help through their website was a complete waste of time. Nobody responded, nothing got resolved, and I’m still sitting here without my refund.

To make things worse, the store itself was absolutely no help. When I called them, the staff didn’t offer any real assistance, and the store wasn’t even open when the website said it would be. If they’re going to close early, the least they can do is update their store hours online so customers don’t show up for nothing.

This whole experience has been a mess from start to finish. Terrible system, unhelpful support, and completely unreliable information. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly don’t feel confident ordering from Subway again.

She refused to let me get water cup

Worker was rude and hostile because we wanted to sit down and think about our order before ordering

Also she was on her phone whole time calling someone

Lettuce was gross. Like slimy and off colour. Asked the guy to change it and he just dumped fresh lettuce on top of the rotting lettuce. Tried explaining several times why that was the wrong thing to do but he kept trying to explain how it was fine because the refrigeration was bad so it just keeps happening. Fine, but that's a different problem. Change the lettuce! And the drink machine was out of order. Health and safety needs to pay this place a visit.

I put in an order online for pick-up today. I saw the sign that if you order 3 footlong, you get 1 free footlong. So I asked if I could get that as I am buying 6 footlong for my staff. The guy immediately said no. He then called the “supposedly” lady manager who is no help either. I suggested to do a return at the till and re-do the order. That is not rocket science, easy-peasy if you know how to deliver a great customer service. Also, if you put a sign and not say that it is only for walk-in customers, you’d better write that there or you’re just being stupid to offer something to piss off customers who order online. I also attached a couple pics, one to show how dry the sandwich is, NO SAUCE! That’s why my staff were complaining why there’s no sauce in their sandwiches, when I had my lunch, my sandwich was the same. NO SAUCE!!! Really dry. Barely have meat, mostly veggies! Not coming back to this store!!! Not worth any penny for this location!!!

We and my friend decided to get subway because we had a couple coupons. We gave the lady 3 coupons, and she made an excuse as to why we could only use 2. She then told us if we buy a footlong churro, we would get a free footlong pretzel. She convinced us to get it so we did. One of our coupons included free potato rings and a drink, however, after paying we waited to receive them and never got them so we asked her ourselves. She kept making excuses as to why we couldn’t get it, as she held the coupon which specifically said we get free potato rings and a drink. Because there was a line forming, she reluctantly agreed to give us our food and the cup. We couldn’t understand what she was saying because English was probably not her first language, as she had a very strong accent and was just not communicating properly in general. We tried to fill up the drink cup, and we noticed the drink looked very diluted. We left with the drink and decided to take a sip because we were very sceptical. The drink tasted like plain water. We decided there might have been something wrong with that specific drink, so we tried again with root beer, and only filled it with an inch of the drink, so we could taste it first. It still tasted like water, so the machine was clearly broken, and she didn’t say anything about that when she gave us the cup. She could clearly see something was wrong, however she angrily told us no refills were allowed, and told us to leave. We wanted to get maybe a coke from the refrigerator instead because we were pretty thirsty, but she had no desire to listen to us. We decided to forget the whole situation, until we tasted the “food.” The footlong churro genuinely tasted like plastic with sugar on top and was clearly very stale. The pretzel was even worse somehow, as we couldn’t even take a bite, it being hard as a rock. We literally banged it against a desk and it didn’t break. We tried the sub, and it wasn’t horrible but it was definitely the worst sub I ever ordered. The whole situation was so ridiculous we couldn’t help but laugh. Obviously me and my friend got scammed, and we don’t want this to happen to anyone else. We are writing this review a while after this happened which is why we don’t have any photos of the so called food. Thank you!

I recently visited Subway and ordered a Veggie Patty Footlong. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bread was not fresh, which significantly affected the overall taste and quality of the sandwich.

Additionally, the advertised price for a Veggie Patty Footlong, including tax, is around $10.40. However, I was charged $13.10 without being informed of any additional charges. As I was in a hurry, I didn’t notice at the time, but checked later, I realized the discrepancy.

I strongly recommend that customers double-check their bills before leaving the store to ensure they are being charged correctly. Transparency in pricing and fresh ingredients should be a priority for a brand like Subway.

Honestly, dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge when serving and quality of food. The person making my sandwich did not have a clue what she was doing and made a very poor sandwich. She told me at first, I could not put bacon on my sandwich for extra, I had to tell her I do this all the time. I was a bit concerned as she had to go in the back to retrieve my bread and I asked for it not to be toasted but insisted that it be toasted because it will be hard if not??? As well, the tomatoes looked God awful and were pure mush. I had to tell her to put more condiments on my sandwich as she literally put a tiny circle of each right in the middle. My soup was not even filled to the top of the container and I basically got broth and barely any very overcooked noodles, no veggie in sight. Asked for crackers and got some but one pack was really stale. Fountain pop was not very fizzy and lastly the cookies were not gooey and delicious, they were hard. I don't like being negative and I do believe the employee was trying their best but overall, I was not happy. If you are looking for fresh like Subways portrays, this is not the right location. The food was definitely old.
