I had to wait 15 minutes while the worker was on his phone. Sorry but when you have a line of customers you should hang up and call the person back. Really bad customer service.

Good enough, however the location looks VERY run down, dated, and dirty. Some of the ceiling tiles were cracked and yellowed.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Many options. You choose what to put on Sandwich.

It’s nice to have a subway this close to where I’m skating in the path. But the staff here seem bored to death and move incredibly slow even when there’s a line up. Veggies look a bit off as well like the fridge doesn’t work all that well.

Literally had to ask for extra veggies every step of the way because the guy was basically putting half the usual toppings on my sub

Would not provide enough veggies for my order and told me no.
Between the subway App and their gift card somehow there was an error and I wasn't able to pay for my meal using the subway money. However, the gentleman that owns the establishment very kind and told me to resolve the matter and then come and pay him tomorrow. I'm going to do that and probably pay him double.

I always enjoy getting a sub from here. I usually order a Subway Club on Italian Herb and Cheese bun. The people here are very nice and pleasant. Their prices are very reasonable and the outlet is always clean and rarely is there a line up. It must be difficult for them during these covid times but they remain pleasant. If we can support them in any way of your down at Eau Claire Market, I am sure they would appreciate your patronage and support.
