The young man who works at this establishment seems to have no respect for my choice to spend my money here. He throws toppings onto the sandwich and when asked to correct makes a vindictive display of over correction. Another strip of sauce turns into a flood of inedible soggy bread. You’re not the only choice of fast food, and not the only Subway close by: rethink your work ethic and customer service. I will not be back!

Beware of Ordering Online – Pay More, Get Less!

I've noticed a frustrating trend when ordering through the Subway app or online. Every time I order a footlong and explicitly select extra veggies, I end up receiving significantly fewer toppings than usual and poor quality food. This seems to be a pattern—when ordering in-store, you can see what you're getting, but with online orders, they cut corners because you are not there.

It’s even more frustrating because the app offers deals that seem like a good value, but if you want a properly made sandwich, you might as well walk in and pay full price. Essentially, you’re paying for convenience but getting shortchanged on quality. No surprise that so many Subway franchises are up for sale.

Great job, Subway—way to lose customer trust!

I used the subway app to place a few orders on day to take advantage of the available coupons. They canceled my 4th order and my account is now locked and Subways has literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE you can contact to get it resolved. I've place at least 5 messages on the APP feedback regarding the situation and no response what so ever. I have figured out the store canceled my account. Although I did go pick up my 3 orders and reordered my 4th order. I was buying product there at least weekly for 3 people or more each time.

I have to admit this place was clean and seemed to be very fresh. I have had a horrible experience with the staff on Wednesday morning as I would ask for something and she would put like one or two little toppings. I had to ask four times for a bit more of an item and she just kept shaking her head at me.

It was very unprofessional as I know location in Evanston/Nolan both don not mind putting a few more crispy onions on a sub.

I left there unhappy and felt that for the money I paid I should at least get what "I want".

I wont be back to this location. I also will not recommend it.

I was here on Feb 1st to grab lunch and I must say they were the friendliest Subway staff I've ever encountered. Very nice people and the sandwiches were the best Subway subs I've had in years!

I had a disappointing experience at the Subway restaurant located at 141 Crowfoot Way NW. The service was horrendous, with staff displaying negative attitudes that really put a damper on my visit.

When I ordered two foot-long sandwiches, I was shocked to find that they didn’t provide paper bags for them. It’s such a basic expectation! To make matters worse, when I politely asked for extra napkins, I was met with an eye-roll and a dismissive attitude.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering sandwiches at the Crowfoot location. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide better service!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway occurred recently. I ordered four subs, but they were prepared with very few vegetables, and several were missing from the final order. After returning home, I called the store to address the issue, but the staff displayed negligence and a casual attitude. After some discussion, they agreed to share my contact information with their manager, who was supposed to call me. However, I’m still waiting and haven’t received any response from them.

Went in for a sub today and just wanted to say the people who work at this location are just so nice. The sweet lady at the front came out and gave my dog some ham and some pets! Truly go above and beyond to make their customers welcome. I really appreciated it so much. I will always remember the generosity and kindness! Thankyou 🙏

Amazing experience. All the boys and girls promptly serve and quickly suggest options helping customers make a choice. I was able to move out with my order in less than 4 minutes.

Ordered Chicken foot long in multi grain bread and was nicely n quickly served by Mr.Jaggy

The smiling faces of the host servers makes you feel happy and visit again and again.

Nicely located Diagonally opposite to Petro Canada at the Signals crossing between Crowfoot plazas, Arbor Lake and fastest access to Crowchild Trail in less than 1 minute.

My full 100% rating for this Quick service restaurant. ?????
