There was a worker there that sneezed into her un-gloved hands and then handled my food. She was very rude to my friend and myself.

Went there to get myself something. And the one who helps me is so rude I’m trying to tell her my order but she’s not listening she’s talking to her co worker in there own language while I’m telling her what’s my order. And I asked for light mayo and light lettuce but I got extra lettuce and mayo

We ordered via the subway app - free delivery and $1 for the second sub, what a pleasant surprise. Both subs were awesome plus mine was dbl the meat and I couldn't finish it all. Thanks a bunch for a great experience.

Did a mobile ordered. Arrived when it said ready. Alas orders were bot ready and I got to watch the workers serve the line of people before finishing my order.

Good fresh food as always. Service not so much. When the sandwich artist was more concerned about talking on her Bluetooth earpiece and couldn’t hardly give me the time of day. Oh then when paying, have a tip option.

the workers are awful, so rude and disrespectful. they don’t know how to make a simple sandwich. blaming it on me like it was my fault they made my sandwich wrong and making me feel stupid over a sandwich, and not offering me a new one.

Restaurant was nice, had good seating.
They were out of multigrain bread, the workers were stingy on the vegetables on the sub, there was barely any lettuce on it. They didn’t have siracha sauce.
Workers also took long to make the sub, working slowly.
I would go here again because it’s close to my house but I’m not satisfied

Ordered food, got the wrong order. I called them and they were rude and unaccountable on the phone and told me to come and pick it up, absolutely not.
Ordered a second time, correct order this time, however they put the wrong toppings on each sandwich.......
I drove to the store and ordered in front of them because they're incompetent to make a sandwich.
They gave me the sandwich at the end for free but it took 3 orders and a drive to the store to get it.

Absolutely terrible. We ordered for pick up and the sub was a disaster… had to be eaten with a fork. When I called, they hung up!! I regret tipping them.

The service at this location is always so bad. Today they had 3 employees on with 5 customer lined up with 1 girl doing all the work, to top it off she was new so we all felt bad for her. Also we went last Sunday at 8:45pm and the doors were locked, the just looked at us. Don’t say your open until 9pm if your not.

Absolute worst point system going. I mean if you have a point system at least make it available to the customers by asking if they collect points. Gal at the checkout, (who will remain nameless) didn’t even seem to know how to give the points let alone ask me if I was collecting them. Make sure you ask up front if they give points if your collecting, because it seems like this subway is not interested in participating in the program.
