Brutal service! They can’t speak English. They put way too much mayo on my sub I specifically asked for little mayo. Called back they said originally they would make me a new one, then drive all the way there and they make up some lie of a story and didn’t give me the new sub saying they had video footage but could not show it to me … such a joke! The fact that they couldn’t make me a new $11 sub is outrageous !

Clean location,but fortunately on the other side of the counter was a mess when arrived, team was friendly but slow and had to repeat several times the order, unconfortable they were trying to make all things so late costumer service needs improvement my order wad takennso behind i skip been how I wanted just to leave with my friends.

I refuse to go to any other subway. I’ve been a regular at this subway for a few years now and without fail they always get my order right! The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I do have to note that Karen is my favorite worker, she’s always been really friendly and even smiles when I come in, she always makes my experience that much better as I know I’m very particular about how I like my sandwich made. Even though I have extra steps for them they never make me feel like an inconvenience.
If you have extra steps for making your sandwich come here! They’ll do it with a smile on their face!
Whoever the manager is, is doing a fantastic job and 100% needs a raise! No matter who is serving me here I have always felt like a valued customer, even when the person isn’t having the best of day. I’ve always been met with similes and hard working individuals!
This is the ONLY subway that I go to and know that I’ll get exactly what I’ve ordered! I’ve give a higher star count if I could!
