They don’t know anything about customer service . Super rude and negative attitude the guy working at front Erwin always making face if you ask to add something extra they will give you a bad look. They gave me cold frozen sandwich . No sense at all .

Not fresh, don’t offer the toppings that are displayed in the menu, VERY cheap with the toppings and when you ask for more you get looked at like your crazy, and my vegetables were literally frozen.

Never will I come here again

Pick somewhere else for lunch, you will never feel welcome here. Rude faces will be there all the time. Leave this attitude at home and then come to work even if this is your family store and thats why it sucks.

I love number 18 sandwich .. visited this store first time .. I ordered it with multigrain bread .. when I try to eat .. I felt bread is old from centuries.. so rude service .. they will make you feel they are just going to kill you.. horrible experience..the whole staff acts like zombies

I walked into this local Subway on a today busy afternoon, hoping to grab a quick sub. There was a bit of a line, but I didn’t mind waiting. When it was finally my turn, I stepped up to the counter and greeted the employee (Name: Mike) and (another old lady Name: Maria) behind the sandwich station. The guy barely looked up and just grunted in response, which already put me off. That guy is so horrible I do not know how owner keep him his employee. This guy is giving his negative 0% for this store.

He started making my sandwich, but as he was assembling it, I noticed something unsettling. He had just finished making a sandwich for the customer before me which was beed sub. And without changing his gloves, he went straight into making mine veggie sub. I watched him handle the meat, then touch the lettuce, all while wearing the same gloves he’d just used to touch the previous customer’s order. He served 4 previous customers with the same glove. He was keep cleaning the platform with the glove on the hand while serving me and I was like bro you are making food why are you keep cleaning your platform where you make sub. Just grab a paper or cloth or something else to clean it after serving customers. I felt grossed out, but didn’t want to make a scene, so I tried to let it slide.

However, things only got worse. As he began adding the toppings, I politely asked if he could add a little more sauce, since the sandwich looked a bit dry. Without thinking he said I can add only this much and I was like bro What are you saying.

I started to feel uncomfortable and was considering walking out, but I figured I was already so far in, I might as well just finish it. As he wrapped the sandwich, after I finished eating I wanted to use bathroom and on the way there was a rack in between of the way. I politely asked him to move the rack from the way and he was like I can’t do it you can do if you want or It’s okay.

If owner is seeing this get rid both of them. That whole scene was unacceptable at all the way.
I don’t think I’ll be coming anytime this store.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The female manager is rude, aggressive and dismissive. What was supposed to be a simple interaction for food turned into a horrible experience thanks to her. I recommend to spend your money elsewhere.

If I had choice, I would have given zero stars or probably negative stars. Worst staff I have ever met. They had very rude behaviour and the guy was behaving like he was doing some favour on us. I think his name was Erwin, i am sure though. He was mid-aged. I would neither go there again or recommend to someone else.

Preorder sub to be picked up at 1:30 but wasn’t ready when I got there. They said they were out of the patty but when I asked they should call me and tell me about it. Restaurant owner has the power to see the customer phone number. And I said why it was not disabled from the system I ordered from subway app. They said restaurant owner has to do that. I only had 30 mins break time from work and these guys wasted 15-18 mins to refund me the money. Worst customer service I had. They didn’t even apologize and offered to compensate. Well definitely will not order again at this location.
