If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The female manager is rude, aggressive and dismissive. What was supposed to be a simple interaction for food turned into a horrible experience thanks to her. I recommend to spend your money elsewhere.

If I had choice, I would have given zero stars or probably negative stars. Worst staff I have ever met. They had very rude behaviour and the guy was behaving like he was doing some favour on us. I think his name was Erwin, i am sure though. He was mid-aged. I would neither go there again or recommend to someone else.

Preorder sub to be picked up at 1:30 but wasn’t ready when I got there. They said they were out of the patty but when I asked they should call me and tell me about it. Restaurant owner has the power to see the customer phone number. And I said why it was not disabled from the system I ordered from subway app. They said restaurant owner has to do that. I only had 30 mins break time from work and these guys wasted 15-18 mins to refund me the money. Worst customer service I had. They didn’t even apologize and offered to compensate. Well definitely will not order again at this location.

They keep their washroom entrance blocked with shelves, creating a tripping hazard because they want to enforce use for paying customers only. It’s Unacceptable, as a result customers have to push through to get to the washroom.

i order veggy patty with eggs and
as i ask for the egg patty they both faced each other and start laughing and talking in their language im not sure they were speaking about us but that moment was really very bad for me
