Awefull manager who thought it would be ok to make wife feel bad about taking our kids out to subway. They are hyper and they like to open doors he told her to stop letting them open the door as she was trying to order. He said the door was just fixed. Be in mind its a subway the door will be opened over and over again. If you can't afford a door as a franchisee you shouldn't be running one. Never had such a bad experience with a subway before with the kids.

Worker is distracted, doesn't listen. Skipped over my membership, tried to charge me for the next persons sandwhich. Her son was sitting in resturaunt. I get it life is hard. Stay home if ya cant do it.

Pretty bad experience; employees don’t seem to have any training in handling gluten free bread, employee was rude when being asked to change gloves due to allergy, she then made a mistake and touched other bread, then asked to change gloves again due to cross contamination, she was rude saying “I just changed them”

Not entirely sure why this location sells gluten free bread when it doesn’t train its employees on correct handling procedure, never experienced this at any other location where they are quite well trained.

I ordered a sub drink and Potato Rings and paid for it the cashier give me two soda cups and then started saying I stole the second cup she was so rude and we started arguing about a cup like seriously. I asked for a manager he came and was super kind and understanding I asked him to look at the cameras and he did and the girl was the one who give me two cups and was lying because she said I did it even though I didn’t. Is this the people subway hires??? Also about two weeks ago I go to get six cookies but I wasn’t allowed to pick them and that same rude and disrespectful girl was working that day as well so I go to some other subways around the city and ask about the cookies and they say I can pick whatever I want so that girl at this location has no idea what she’s doing and also needs be retrain because this was unacceptable and I have been going to this subway for about 9 years safe to say I won’t be back anytime soon

Subway always delivers fresh and tasty sandwiches. The ingredients are good quality, the bread is soft, and everything feels really fresh. It’s a great spot when you want something quick but still filling. The only downside is the service – the guy who usually works here is pretty rude and doesn’t seem very friendly. The food makes up for it, but the attitude definitely takes away from the experience.

Stay away from this Subway location! They overcharge customers and have extremely rude and incompetent staff.

I went in to use a coupon for two Cold Cut footlongs for $13.99. From the start, both employees were unprofessional and super rude for no reason, but the worst part was that the lady making my sandwich, Raquel (if I remember correctly), intentionally charged me twice. When I pointed it out, she completely dismissed me. Instead of checking properly, she handed me a random, dirty, and wet receipt from the trash with no actual transaction details.

I showed her my phone, proving I was charged twice, but she refused to even look. The next day, I called to speak with the manager, only to be told he wasn’t in Alberta and that I had to email him. When I finally got in touch with Chris, he was completely unhelpful. He claimed he didn’t know how to check their POS system, insisted I wasn’t charged twice, and offered no apology—just a frustrating back-and-forth that got me nowhere.At this point Im not sure he was the manager or not, How can you be so unprofessional?!

This location is a joke and clearly does not care about its customers. There are multiple Subway locations just minutes away that are much better. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

One of the staff she was taking my order while taking my order she cut her hand and she was bleeding and she start touching my order when I told her to “can u change your gloves please” she got so mad that I told her that and she start giving us a very bad attitude and she didn’t give us our receipt and I asked for tissue and she didn’t give it to us. I don’t know she expected me to eat food that was touch by her bleeding hand like u are so disgusting.
Get better staff subway.
