The girl that started work at 4pm on July 17th did a terrible job and got sauce everywhere, had a terrible attitude with me, I am extremely disappointed. The sandwich was basically just sauce. I should’ve asked for a refund looking back but I was in a rush.

THIS SUBWAYS CHURRO IS DISGUSTING AND GROSS ITS WAY TO DRY AND TASTES LIKE PLASTIC AND EXTREMELY GROSS AND UN JOYABLE NO TASTE ON IT AT ALL
I visited this Subway location while shopping in the area, and unfortunately, it was an extremely frustrating experience. First and foremost, the quality of the sub I received was subpar, with the sandwich being carelessly made. The staff member assembling my order acted as though my presence was an inconvenience, which was evident in the lack of attention to detail.
When I approached the register, I attempted to redeem a birthday voucher for a free cookie. I wasn’t sure how to do this, so I asked the employee for assistance. Instead of offering help or guidance, she took my phone out of my hand and began pushing random buttons on the screen. She mistakenly tried to redeem a combo deal, and when I clarified that I only wanted the free birthday cookie, her response was condescending and dismissive. She then proceeded to shove the screen in my face, asking “can you read?” while aggressively pointing out the offer terms. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I was left feeling belittled.
After a brief struggle with the app, I finally managed to find the offer myself and redeem the free cookie. From behind the counter, the employee casually remarked, "oh yeah, free cookie," with no apology or acknowledgment of her earlier behavior.
To be clear, it's never appropriate to grab a customer’s phone and start manipulating their device. Additionally, making rude comments about someone’s ability to read is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I will never return to this Subway, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

Been heading there a few times lately, and just genuinely enjoyed it. My sub was solid, made my order great, and it’s always cool seeing people who give a damn about making your food. Particular thanks to a lady, I’m pretty sure their name was Rajvir.
