Update: Food safety Health Inspector was notified and did an inspection. Violations were found re: improper food storage temperatures. Not too surprised.
Ordered from the Bridlewood (162ave) location this morning. Bottom piece of bread was covered in mold. Black mold. Luckily my daughter's friend noticed as she was biting into it. Took the sandwich back and asked about their protocols for how long bread is kept for and was told they had recieved the bread on Thursday (it was now Saturday). Workers didn't seem too concerned about it....and didn't even care to go check the bread until I said... Do you think maybe you should go make sure there is no other bread with mold? Also told me they do not have a manager to notify and recommended in order to get in touch with management to write a Google review. (Interesting option for complaints). So here I am... Letting the manager know that they served a very moldy piece of bread to my daughter. 🤮

Best Subway I’ve been to!! Portions were great and super filling. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always got helped right way. Love the cookies it’s a must get!
I was ordering my usual meatball sub and requested extra marinara sauce. However, the employee, a middle-aged man in his 30s or 40s, a filipino, responded with ‘I’m not done yet’ and had an attitude. I felt disrespected and taken aback by his tone, which was unexpected and unwarranted in a fast food setting.

Subway is usually great. Not sure how this place of all places we go to, never had spinach (only on my last visit did they have it)... They rearranged the sitting arrangement, much better now but still more cramped than in other places which have more space to work with. Otherwise, the servers are friendly and don't skimp on veggies. Unless you use coupons.

Why is there a tipping option on your machines? It’s not even for courtesy, it forces you to skip it if you don’t wish to tip. This is not a bar or a serving restaurant, how much are you paying employees?

I rarely eat Subway. But I stopped there yesterday and got the Jerk Chicken rice bowl. I don't know if it was the sauces I chose that made it tasty as it it were, but I will say I was surprised by JERK Chicken and its flavor. I'll definitely go back and get the same thing and see.
