Visited Subway around 7 PM and had a great experience. The employee who assisted me provided excellent customer service, even though I didn’t catch his name. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure my two veggie sandwiches were prepared just right. Really appreciate the great service and attention to detail!!

The guy who work there in evening probably is very rude. He doesn’t have even a pinch of sense for customer service. Wondering why he’s in this job. Very ridiculous.

Jess was so great, the customer service was amazing! The subs were so good and cookies perfectly cooked. I don’t have to microwave them at even almost closing time to make them gooey! Thanks Jess for your great experience.

JC was the fella who made me and my crews food. He ask all of us what we wanted well the subs were in the toaster and he got every item 100% correct. It was pretty amazing to see that someone cares about the job enough to put forth such an amazing effort.

Absolutely adore this place and go there decently often, pretty much all the works are lovely. However today I had my first poor experience. The service given was perfectly decent however when I had gotten an oatmeal cookie while eating it I noticed there was a piece of wood or somthing of the sort baked into it… :(

I was there this evening I told the guy on the counter I had coupon and I said it in advance.. he explained you could have any build your own.. then told me to wait as someone else was going to serve me.. she came after some time and no smile at all on her face all the way as it feels like I was just getting free sandwich on her coast.. and veggie was like 4 small size of tomato on one sandwich very very little lettuce cheese was there but I felt like it was no where in my sandwiches, missing and the worse part she took money didn’t say a word and just left both sub on counter without asking for bag. Not a single word after money I carried both subs in hand with kid .. grow up if you don’t like to serve coupons please say no in advance instead of giving bad service.. this location always disappoints but with coupon it was worst.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches by app, but they put lots of olives in one sandwich that I didn't ordered olives in it, and I asked to cut and wrap all sandwiches in 6", just one sandwich was wrapped in 6".

Yesterday, I visited this location and ordered a footlong veggie sub. The Indian employee who was making my order was incredibly rude. He didn’t even have a smile on his face, and every time I asked for something, he acted like I was asking him to bring ingredients from his own home. I had to ask three times for extra sauce, and each time, he just put a tiny line on the sub. The bread was so dry that it hurt the roof of my mouth when I took the first bite. That’s why I was repeatedly asking for more sauce, but it was a completely disappointing experience.

I’ve visited this location before, and the other employees, especially the Filipino guy, are much better. They greet customers warmly and make a good sub. But this Indian guy was unbelievably rude. When I asked for smashed avocado, he loudly told me I’d have to pay extra, as if I was planning to run off without paying! I’m done with this location. I won’t be coming back.
